The apartment situated on the second floor in a nice complex designed around beautiful walkways and gardens with an abundance of flowers with 2 communal outside swimming pools there is also and indoor pool and leisure complex which offers sauna,gym and jacuzzi for fitness with a small charge. Vera - surrounded by fertile farmland, has a long history and rich heritage. In 1518 the city was flattened by a disastrous earthquake and it was rebuilt on its present site. Apart from it´s cultural value Vera also posseses some magnficant beaches, a golf course and wide range of active tourism to make the most of the thousands of hours of annual sunshine. Just 4 km from the apartment. Mojacar - The Moorish character of the town is evident in its narrow, steep and winding streets, in the whitewashed walls of its houses, and in the colourful flowers that embellish their façades. This is a town to lose yourself in, a place where, through countless small details, the past whispers to those who listen. Just 5 km away. Garrucha - an Eastern Almería fishing village par excellence. It is moreover a growing tourist centre combining character with an excellent Blue-Flag beach, excellent local cuisine based on fish from the area and all of the facilities, including a Yachting Marina 1km away.
Vera Coast Area: There are plenty of eating places nearby & also a small supermarket 150 meters away. The 5km long , wide sandy beach is only 200 meteres away, withs fine white sand with crystal clear waters and in the background likes the beautiful mountains. It is clean and well looked after and deserves the blue flag, which is a European quality distinction. There is a bus stop 30 metres away. The apartments are also not far from the Aqua Park, go-karting and golf courses are also nearby and at 20 kms begins the natural park of Cabo de Gata with magnificent virgin beaches. This luxury apartment is situated along the peaceful Vera beachfront. Many amenities are to be found in Garrucha, restaurants, bars, a large open-air market & plenty of traditional Spanish shops. A new promenade leads from the apartments into the local fishing village of Garrucha.Enjoy relaxing in one of the local fresh fish restaurants along the Marina, while watching the fisherman arrive with their daily catch.

The Vera Water park is a five minute drive or local bus, the park is open June - September. Tours through the Natural Caves of Sorbas all year round, a 45-minute drive from Vera Coast. How to get there: - Almeria airport is only 45mins drive away. Easyjet, Monach and BA fly from most uk airports to Almeria.- Alicante airport is also an option. - Airport pickups can be arranged at reasonable rates. We do however recommend that you rent a car. This will give you total freedom to explore the beautiful Almeria coast.
