The stunning Villa Charlotte is a luxury detached and family friendly villa situated in the established and exclusive area of Playa Blanca. This elevated, beautiful and tranquil setting has wonderful sea views to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. Within this large 1154 square metre plot is probably one of the island's largest and uniquely designed private swimming pools. In the 100sq metre pool there is a child's paddling area, Roman steps and it is fully electrically heated. It has bridges running across the pool and we have installed the latest halogen lights to give a wonderful ambiance when sitting outside in the evening at the lava rock table where you can sip your favourite tipple. There are 8 sun beds and an outside shower with hot and cold running water and security lighting. Leading from the barbeque and covered seating area is an entrance Atrium that has a pool table for the guests to use. This large, spacious and extensive villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have super king size beds and one which has twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms within the main villa and 1 shower room and toilet in the annexe. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading to the pool. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom. Attached to the villa is a separate self-contained annexe with kitchenette, sitting area, shower room and toilet, twin beds and TV, ideal for the grandparents or teenagers.

My apartment is in El Varadero in the Los Gigantes region of Tenerife (we think the most beautiful part of Tenerife) and within easy reach of all amenities for the perfect holiday, leather furniture in the lounge, with bed settee, the master bedroom (double bed) with full en/suite b/room, 2nd bedroom with two single beds and situated next to the second b/room (both bedrooms have recently been re-furnished), the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, w/machine, full size cooker and an extractor fan, the 2 bedrooms and lounge has remote controlled ceiling fans TV Cd player etc.
Our apartment is perfectly suited for golfers and is especially favoured by retired couples looking for winter sun. The apartment is our second home and is furnished with good quality comfortable furniture, we have very nice neighbours on both sides and you can view the sea whilst sitting in our lounge. English TV programs, U.K. Gold and Sky Sport. There is an onsite heated outdoor swimming pool just 1 minute walk away within our complex with plenty of sunbeds and 2 others within walking distance that guests are free to use as well.

Villa Davella is a lovely detached secluded detached villa with its own private heated swimming pool situated in its large well-tended colourful gardens. Quiet and peaceful but only 15 minutes from Arrecife airport and 10 minutes from the tourist resort and beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and Puerto Calero Marina. For supermarkets, restaurants and bars the village of Tias with its new Golf Course are also close by. We now have a large Eurospar supermarket 5 minutes drive from the villa. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any financial loss due to any temporary failure of the WiFi internet, although problems are very rare and dealt with quickly with Telefonica/Moviestar if reported to our management.
We have a selection of high quality 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed self catering apartments on a number of complexes in golf del sur, all are local to all bars and restaurants and the new marina is near by, nearly all our apartments come with all the home from home accessories that you will need to make your holiday more enjoyable, all have a washing machine and microwave ovens as well as English TV systems, we have a number of penthouse apartments also available as well as ones with extended balconies and gardens, we also have a few villas and properties in the las Americas and los Christianos areas, we live on the island all year round so are always here to help you with anything that you might need during your holiday, having a number of properties means that we can cater for large groups of golfers or bowlers and in most circumstances can keep you all together on the same complex, all major attractions on the south coast are only about 10 mins away and we are only 10 mins fom the airport.
Our 2 houses have a brilliant view, very close to the beach. We also have private swimming pool, and the house is situated in the front 1. line. Very nice garden around our villa and a jacussi in the garden. The 2 houses has each of them: 3-4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 open fire places inside, 1 open fire place outside. A big grill on the terrace. A billiard table on the terrace. The very best place to live!
