The house has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything necessary for an enjoyable holiday, including partial air conditioning and central heating.
This is a very comfortable cave house close to all amenity's, the spa baths and hot springs are close by within a fifteen min car ride, at 2euros per day for the hot springs, it is well worth the trip for good health, all local bars give free tapas with every drink, so that is lunch done, The surrounding countryside is breath taking and for those that like walking you will have it on your doorstep.It is a holiday for those that like to chill out and get away from it all in a safe environment, then this is the place to be,but, if you want night life etc this is not the place for you.Swimming in the fresh water of the lake, then having a relaxing drink or a meal overlooking the lake is very calming.Walking in the sierras of which you have a choice, is an experience you will not forget. Granada is one hour away by car, and Mojacar beach 1hr 15min, but I think you would want to leave the beach behind as you have everything here on your doorstep.

It is in the lowest part of the Albaycin and so is very convenient for the town centre. It is only 5 minutes walk to Plaza Nueva and just a couple of minutes away from countless shops, tapas bars and restaurants. Buses and taxis regularly leave Plaza Nueva for the nearby Alhambra Palace (20 minutes walk). The apartment itself has been lovingly restored in 2007 using traditional materials and styles popular in local architecture. From Almunecar you can have very nice trips to Granada, Nerja, salubrena, Frijilliana, and others.
