This is a very comfortable cave house close to all amenity's, the spa baths and hot springs are close by within a fifteen min car ride, at 2euros per day for the hot springs, it is well worth the trip for good health, all local bars give free tapas with every drink, so that is lunch done, The surrounding countryside is breath taking and for those that like walking you will have it on your doorstep.It is a holiday for those that like to chill out and get away from it all in a safe environment, then this is the place to be,but, if you want night life etc this is not the place for you.Swimming in the fresh water of the lake, then having a relaxing drink or a meal overlooking the lake is very calming.Walking in the sierras of which you have a choice, is an experience you will not forget. Granada is one hour away by car, and Mojacar beach 1hr 15min, but I think you would want to leave the beach behind as you have everything here on your doorstep.
