Villa Davella is a lovely detached secluded detached villa with its own private heated swimming pool situated in its large well-tended colourful gardens. Quiet and peaceful but only 15 minutes from Arrecife airport and 10 minutes from the tourist resort and beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and Puerto Calero Marina. For supermarkets, restaurants and bars the village of Tias with its new Golf Course are also close by. We now have a large Eurospar supermarket 5 minutes drive from the villa. Casa Colleen is in the exclusive quiet residential area of Risco Prieto, with panoramic mountain and sea views, yet is only a 10 minute walk to the beach beside the picturesque Old town and harbour in Puerto del Carmen. Casa Colleen is located only 2/3 min walk to the local shops. There is a good supermarket, British Butcher, Hairdresser several pubs etc.We often use Marios bar for breakfast whichis very handy.
