The Mare Verde apartments are situated in the exclusive area of Torviscas Bajo, just a short walk from the centre of Playa de Las Americas, and a 10 min walk to the beach. Gran Sur is a large shopping complex less than 5 min's walk at the top end of Mare Verde just across the footbridge, it has a large supermarket underground with the best prices for food shopping, nice restaurants, trendy shops and a cinema.
