Situated on an established peaceful urbanization of contemporary Spanish Villas. 10 minutes walk either side of the villa are shops, a supermarket, restaurants/bars, bank, tennis courts and a miniature crazy golf course. 2 kilometers away from the centre of Moraira with its hubub of shops, restaurants, bars, beaches and of course the Marina.
Our villa has been considerably improved over the past few years but at the same time maintaining the Spanish feel of the property. The villa overlooks the valley between Teulada to Moraira and is only 2 km from the beautiful beaches. It is set in a peaceful residential area of Moraira.
The villa can be virtually split into two so two couples, maybe with children, spending time there can have their own facilities each. The villa is ideally suited for 4 adults and 2 children. There is a private pool alongside the patio, with a barbeque, and an outside kitchen where al fresco eating and drinking is a must.
The pool is approximately 8 meters by 4 meters and just under 2 meters deep one end and just over a meter deep the other. There are easy rise steps in the shallow end. You can chill out by the pool or spend your days touring the area as there is plenty to do. The choice is entirely yours.

Casa las Palmeras is located approximately one mile from the small and traditional Spanish resort town of Moraira, a favoured holiday spot for families and the retired. Totally refurbished in 2009, it is laid out on one level with lockable gates at the entrance with parking area (& garage). Three steps lead to the main entrance. Inside there are 3 good bedrooms, (1 double with en suite & 2 twins which share a family bathroom) all equipped with ceiling fans & central heating for winter lets.
