Casa las Palmeras is located approximately one mile from the small and traditional Spanish resort town of Moraira, a favoured holiday spot for families and the retired. The apartment is part of a select development set in mature gardens with two barbecues and two swimming pools (one with a shallow end for small children) which are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. Well located in a secluded and scenic area, the property commands superb views overlooking Moraira and the surrounding hills. A car is recommended although there are local shops, a restaurant and bars within walking distance. Moraira is an atmospheric former fishing village with an impressive marina, a medieval fortress, a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops, and a colourful weekly market. Al Mar is a delightful villa situated in the quiet residential hills above Moraira, 2 Km from the beach/town. Totally refurbished in 2009, it is laid out on one level with lockable gates at the entrance with parking area (& garage). Three steps lead to the main entrance.
