Only a couple of minutes walk from the bright lights of the" Village" but quiet enough to fall asleep to the sounds of the sea. It has a very good sized balcony/terrace over-looking the wonderful beaches and the seven kilometer Paseo, with sweeping vistas over the Mediterranean, Fuengirola Bay, the Marina to the west........and beyond. Below the cooling lawns and flowering shrubs of our large gardens, swimming and paddling pools. There is a small cafe/ tapas bar and Paddle Tennis courts behind. During the day, a receptionist is on duty, there is secure parking, to one side and a night guard.

Delightful three bedroom air-conditioned penthouse overlooking a valley with amazing sea and mountain views. Perfect for summer holidays and also winter lets. The apartment has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a cloakroom. There is an open-plan living /dining room and kitchen leading to a spacious sunny terrace. A spiral staircase leads to the master en suite bedroom and smaller balcony. It is a 15 min walk to a lovely beach and restaurant (the walk back uphill takes about 20min but not recommended for people with walking difficulties). Another 5 minutes along Fuengirola's lovely long promenade to bars, restaurants, shops, internet cafe etc. The bus and train services are nearby and give a very good service.There is a bus stop by the complex which takes you to the town. Fuengirola town reached by foot (about an hour), by the beach train or a few minutes by car. Benalmadena, another busy resort with it's numerous attractions is a 5 minute drive away.
Really charming little Spanish house, called 'El Dique' by the Columbian professor, Lola de Amador, who used to live there, thirty-six years ago, when I first stayed in Fuengirola, and fell in love with the town and especially with 'El Dique!' Fuengirola has grown hugely in the intervening years, but my little house remains as quirky and delightful as ever. The beach used to be at the bottom of the garden, before the 'Paseo Maritimo', or promenade, was built. Now, you must go out the gate (which locks), and down the street, a walk of two minutes, or if you run into a neighbour, and drop into Jimmy's Bar, or go for a coffee, on the Paseo, or a quick snack, or or or....don·t rush, it·s Spain ! The beach is so close, waiting for you.
