Lo Crispin is a new urbanization that was started in 2004, and completed in 2008. The Lo Crispin Tavern, where you can relax with a drink, some tapas or a full meal, is a pleasant 10 minute walk within the urbanization. The tavern also has Internet facilities. We are only interested in long term letting, preferably for 12 months or more, and would prefer also to let only the self contained downstairs at a monthly rent as from 1st March 2016 of 375 euros per month. However, if the entire villa is wanted, the rent would be 475 euros.

It is fully stocked with cutlery and glassware. The lounge/diner is air-conditioned with two-seater sofas with Free view satellite TV and DVD/PS2 games system along with wireless internet . Patio doors lead to the terrace/balcony.
