Kasa kia Kamina is located on the edge of the Almijara National Park. The house is approached via a drive just off the well maintained mountain track. Outside are 3 large terraces - a sun terrace with pool 8.5 x 12ft (gated for safety), a lower terrace with lovely views and a further large terrace which is used for dining. The hot-tub is to be found on this third terrace. La Colina is a beautiful two storey Country House, situated in the mountains. Five minutes drive from Competa with easy access off a new tarmac road. Villa Miba accommodates 6 people in three spacious bedrooms ( 2 double and 1 twin ) The double bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and additional heating if required.The third bedroom can be used as a twin or one of the beds can be folded away to produce a single room. One of the double bedrooms is ensuite & there is also a separate bathroom with bath, shower, handbasin & toilet. The Kitchen & Lounge/Diner is separated by an American arched breakfast bar & both are cooled by overhead ceiling fans. There is a log burning stove in the Lounge for those cooler out of season nights. It has its own private 8m x 3m swimming pool with ample space to lounge in the sun or relax & sip ice cold drinks in the shade of the covered porch.
