The villa is fabulously located and only five minutes from the wonderful sandy Arenal beach. It's also easy to reach the secluded coves (miradors in Spanish). In the last two years the villa has had extensive work carried out including the installation of a brand new kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), new beds and bedroom furniture, painting, SMART television,wifi etc. A brand new bathroom was installed in March 2018. The villa has four bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate groups of eight people. It is set on one level with four steps leading to the terraced area. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one of these bedrooms is en-suite. There are another two bedrooms each containing two single beds. The lounge is large with one end hosting a dining table and the other end having the television and sofa and chairs. The lounge leads into the naya (an enclosed, covered area) which also has a sofa and comfortable seating as well as another two tables. The naya takes you to the large poolside area where there are recliners for you to sit back and enjoy the sun. As well as the ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet there is another bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. There is one additional toilet too. There is a DVD player, BOSE bluetooth enabled speaker and board games. The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with hob, kettle, liquidiser etc. The driveway can accommodate three vehicles.

This lovely 4 bedroomed house is well positioned in the middle of the old town or pueblo, so you know you really are in Spain. It is great for families or friends or a couple. There is a great selection of restaurants within 5 mins walk. The nearby church square and the High St - Calle Major - are attractive traffic free areas where families meet and children play, and many happy moments can be spent sitting outside with a glass of wine and some tapas. The house is generally peaceful due to the absence of traffic and businesses in the street. The roof terrace is perfect for a spot of sunbathing or a lazy breakfast with fresh pastries and fruits bought from the local covered market just up the road. The sea is a 25 minute walk away in the bustling port area which has its own beach. Beyond that is the wide sandy beach of the Arenal. Frequent buses if you do not have a car. Beniconnect service will get you from airport to a drop-off less than 5 mins from the house. There is parking nearby if you do have a car.

We are fortunate to have a choice of three bedroom town houses to offer for rent on this popular holiday urbanisation, either overlooking the pool or the gardens depending on your preference. Los Lagos is ideal for most groups of holidaymakers being close to the village of Jesus Pobre with its choice of bars and restaurants and traditional bakers and within easy distance of Javea with its beaches, shops and vast choice of restaurants. The highlight of your stay could well be a visit to the delightful traditional Sunday market in Jesus Pobre where the locals sell home grown produce and often have demonstrations and workshops of local crafts and music.
Our apartment is on a small low rise estate. The properties are owned by a mix of nationalities obviously it is busier in the summer than the winter but unlike some apartment blocks there are numbers of people who live in the properties all year round. This make our apartment an excellent location to stay winter or summer. The swimming pool is large and there is a childrens play area. The on site café is open all the time in the peak season but tends to shut midweek in the winter unless there is a function. There are restaurants and supermarkets within an easy walk and the local bus stops at the entrance to the site. There is car parking on site but if you feel you don't want to drive the airport bus drops off about 100 metres away . The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and bedding and towels for the apartment are provided. The agent who looks after the property is also available should there be any problems. The apartment is on the ground floor , with a small step to get in . The whole estate conforms to new eec legislation in that there are access slopes on all paths and would suit someone who has limited mobility.

The urbanisation is situated on the penisula of Javea's Cabo de la Nao, famous for its lighthouse and spectacular views of the coastline.
