The enormous balcony is fully enclosed with a removable glass curtain which ensures a comfortable environment all year round.
Rubino apartments enjoy the best ever Calpe view from the balcony, the statuesque Penon de Ifach to the North and the bay of Calpe and Benidorm to the South. The building overlooks Calpe Harbour, and the promenade between Rubino and the sea takes you into Calpe port to the left, and Calpe town to the right, 5 and 10 minutes walk respectively.
The holiday villa apartment is 83m2 in size and comprises of 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed allowing up to 5 people to sleep, kitchen, dining room, shower room and a lounge. The villa has its own private entrance and is set within the villas walled grounds with ample off road safe parking for three cars, the terrace around the pool is south facing offering sun all day long and has sun loungers, outdoor furniture in and out of the shade.
