Our apartment is on a small low rise estate. The properties are owned by a mix of nationalities obviously it is busier in the summer than the winter but unlike some apartment blocks there are numbers of people who live in the properties all year round. This make our apartment an excellent location to stay winter or summer. The swimming pool is large and there is a childrens play area. The on site café is open all the time in the peak season but tends to shut midweek in the winter unless there is a function. There are restaurants and supermarkets within an easy walk and the local bus stops at the entrance to the site. There is car parking on site but if you feel you don't want to drive the airport bus drops off about 100 metres away . The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and bedding and towels for the apartment are provided. The agent who looks after the property is also available should there be any problems. The apartment is on the ground floor , with a small step to get in . The whole estate conforms to new eec legislation in that there are access slopes on all paths and would suit someone who has limited mobility.
This lovely Garden Apartment is light and airy and comfortably furnished. It is in a small, low-rise development with it's own private garden. The accommodation comprises of a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a good sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and separate shower room. The lounge/dining room leads on to a covered terrace and small garden with table, chairs and two loungers. The apartment and its garden are safe, secure and child-friendly set in beautifully maintained gardens. You have the choice of relaxing in the privacy of your own garden or stepping through the gate into the communal garden by the pool. You can always find sun or shade to relax in.
