The Townhouse: Fully air conditionned for summer and central heating for winter. Open plan, with fully equipped kitchen, including oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/ freezer. Large dining and lounge area, leading to a fabulous patio, ideal for sipping cocktails and romantic meals in the evening! There are two comfortables rooms upstairs, the Master bedroom is spacious with fitted wardrobes and a large en suite shower and bath. The 2 room has an en suite with luxury shower and secluded balcony with a table and two chairs. ..idea for a romantic tete a tete. There is also a top terrace with sun bathing facilities with mountain and sea view. Satellite English/Spanish TV and Basic Sky,and Docking Station

Golf/ Things to do & see: For Golf lovers there is the Baviera Golf Course, 15 mins drive away and 25 mins drive away the Anoreta Golf Course which renowned for being one of the best courses in southern Spain. There are many fiesta/cultural events throughout the year where the people of Nerja come out to the streets and celebrate "Spanish Style" The fiesta of the "Virgen del Carmen" ( 16th July ) San Juan (23rd/24th June ) Christmas and Easter are out of this world! The Nerja Caves are found 2 miles from the town, these natural archaelogical caves contain the worlds widest colums by the merge of a stalactite and stalagmite!

Perfect home from home : July 2015

We were so impressed with this beautiful Spanish house in Nerja town. Everything and more to make the perfect holiday. If you want top class furnishings comfy beds,modern kitchen and bathrooms look no further.We liked the freedom to either eat in if we wanted,or visit any of the excellent restaurants which are minutes away . We also enjoyed the roof terrace for sun bathing, and the very pretty outside space for pre dinner drinks or relaxing. Thank you Pablo for arranging the taxi to and from the airport, and then to arrive at such a spotless home made our holiday superb. Hope to come again next year


Perfect holiday in perfect house : July 2015

Pablos house is an exceptional house in an excellent location. We were picked up from the airport by taxi arranged by Pablo and were delighted when we arrived at the house. It has every convenience needed for a relaxing holiday. The furnishings are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed, the outside space is lovely especially the terrace on the roof - perfect for topping up the tan! and the courtyard was just the job for al fresco eating. The location is perfect for walking to all beaches and the town with its lovely bars and restaurants. We would have no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in perfect surroundings. Thankyou Pablo for your attention to detail which made it a holiday to remember and left us wanting to book for next year. Beautiful house.


Wonderful house wonderful week : August 2014

We settled immediately into Pablo's fantastic holiday home. It was ideally situated near the town, the beach and the famous Balcon de Europe. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and contained everything you could possibly need. We loved the view from the roof terrace and had most of our meals there. We will certainly return again. Thank you Pablo -it was our best apartment holiday.


Beautiful House, Great Location : April 2014

Just back from a week in this beautiful house in Nerja and from the first contact with Pablo the owner it was first class service all the way. Pablo arranged airport transfers by taxi and Manuel was waiting for us when we arrived to whisk us away. The house was in a perfect location at the centre of town and was beautiful, well equipped and spotlessly clean with bags of outside space. Pablo is uk-based but is contactable by phone in case of any issues and his friend is available locally to sort out any problems you might have. All in all one of our best holidays in Spain and we would definitely return.


Exquisite house in old town : September 2013

Casa Pablo is a lovely traditional beautifully restored house right in the centre of Nerja. A real home from home with everything one could need for a stay anytime of the year. We were there in high summer, but all agreed we would also love to stay out of season.


Even better than expected : August 2013

This was a really nice home and was at least as good as advertised. The house is very well furnished and of a higher spec than expected from a holiday rental. Pablo was very nice and helpful at all times. The location is perfect, short walk to centre and beaches. Nerja really has great variety and something for all the family. Over all very good value


MARAVILLOSA CASA, UN LUJO!!!!!! : October 2012

Como desde hace ya varios años, hemos pasado 5 días en la Casa de Pablo, sin duda inmejorable. Cada año Pablo nos sorprende, multitud de detalles y comodidades dan a la casa un encanto especial. Esta vez, televisor nuevo, sofás nuevos incluso camas nuevas y muy cómodas para descansar y dormir estupéndamente. Econtramos todo perfecto, la cocina está totalmente equipada, no falta nada. Las terrazas y el patio nos dieron la opurtinad de disfrutar de animadas veladas y tomar el sol, !perfecto!!! Todo muy limpio, los dueños encantadores, nos dieron muchas facilidades y un trato especial. Recomiendo esta casa sin duda a todo el mundo, mejor que un Hotel***** Besos y muchas gracias por la estancia tan feliz que tuvimos.

A little gem : August 2012

We had a lovely time in Pablos home and thats what it is a home from home - perfect location within walking distance of everything. We missed having a pool but it made us use the beach more. Cant wait to return John & Carmel N Ireland


Beautiful house in beautiful Nerja : December 2011

Now back from our stay at your beautiful house in Nerja. Hope we left it as we found it. Absolutely loved the house and have fallen in love with Nerja.We were so lucky that it was hot enough to have breakfast on the roof and lunch by the sea. I think you have thought of everything it was really well equipped. Only a patio heater so we could use the beautiful patio in December would have been a bonus but now I am just being greedy. Thank you for the loan of the house and when we return to Nerja we will be in touch.


A hidden Jewel : December 2011

Have stayed in the town house several times over the last few years and cannot stop coming back. The house is nicely positioned near to all the shops and restaurants and close to the Balcony of Europe, with stunning views of the beaches and Med sea. The house is a traditional town house in the old part of Nerja and is deceptively spacious. The house opens onto a court yard with additional accommodation at the rear. Facilities are great and it does feel like home from home. The owner, Pablo is very helpful and cannot do enough to ensure you have a perfect vacation. I am really struggling to say anything negative or constructive, this is really a 'hidden jewel'. I would really advise people to take advantage of cheap flights out of season and have a 5* holiday at a budget price. On my last visit, we took advantage of the supermarket nearby and cooked our own food, the house has all the utensils you would expect to find. That said, the restaurants are very good and are varied enough to suit all budgets.
