Beautiful 1st Floor Apartment Overlooking Pool And Botanical Gardens

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything for your holiday needs. It is a home from home. The apartment caters for 1-6 people. There are two bedrooms one double with en suite, the other has two single beds. Each bedroom has ample storage with fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets and mirrors. Also provided for your use are, hairdryer and hair straighteners. Bed linen and towels are also supplied.

The lounge has two, two seater leather sofa's, coffee table, lamps, satellite TV boasting 50 UK channels, 42” HD TV, DVD player. IPod dock. Hi speed Wi Fi is also available included in the price. The dining room hosts a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, full electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster and fresh coffee maker. There is a utility room which has a washing machine and butler sink, an iron and ironing board. There is also a washing line available for you to hang bathing suits and towels out to dry. The apartment also has hot and cold air conditioning.

Travel / Distances: Malaga international airport is 35 minutes away Gibralter airport is 50-60 mins away. Hire cars are available from both airports. There is a bus and train service that run from Malaga, both will get you to the apartment. There are car hire companys locally should you wish to hire a car here rather than the airport. Gibralter is an hour away you can drive or take coach trips which can be booked locally. Well worth a visit. Marbella is 10 miles Fuengirola is 8 miles and Gibraltar is approx an hours drive. There is a regular bus service and coach excursions to all the resorts including Gibralter if you do not to wish to drive. There are water parcs in Fuengirolla and Torremelinos there is also a zoo in Fuengirolla. There are two casino's, one in Marbella and the other in Benalmadena. Tivoli world in Benalamdena is a theme park for children and adults alike.

Coast / Beach: A fifteen minute walk will get you to the beach, known locally as Max beach,it's safe for children. Five minute drive or by bus takes you to the lovely beaches of La Cala and Capo Bino. All three beaches offer an ideal family day out with lots to do. Pedalo's and various other beach activities. You can walk from Max beach to La Cala or Capo Bino there are beach side bars and restaurants along the way so you can take a leisurely stroll enjoying the sea sun and sand.

Golf/ Skiing: The apartment is situated alongside the 6th hole of the world famous Miraflores golf course. The apartment is centrally located to give access to thirty of the Costa del Sol's finest golf courses. Valderama is only 35 mins away. If you are a golfer you have landed in a golfers paradise. The area is commonly known as the Costa del Golf! The apartment is a 2 hour drive away from Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains, the most southerly point where you can ski in the morning and be back on the beach late afternoon.

Special Interest Holidays: Situated in one of the Costa del Sol's most picturesque areas guests can use the apartment as an ideal base to go walking, skiing, golfing. There are many places of interest to visit. The city of Malaga and it's museums. The Alcazaba (Arabic fortress) Malaga cathedral, The Picasso home museum. Guests can also enjoy the hustle and bustle of the towns of Marbella and Fuengirolla. For the more adventurous a trip the port of Algeciras where you can board a ferry to Morocco and Tangiers, still feeling adventurous ? You can take a two hour drive to Granada and the Sierra nevada montains. Apre ski in the morning cocktail on the beach in the afternoon. Those who want to just relax and unwind then we are in the perfect location. The apartment is set in beautiful botanical gardens with a swimming pool with water fall.

Further Details: Getting to the apartment. We can, if you wish, recommend fully licensed taxi transfers for you to and from the apartment. Rates are very competitive. Because the driver is local it means you get a hassle free transfer and are taken directly to the apartment. You will be met at the apartment by our property management company who will hand over the keys and show you round the apartment. When you arrive at the apartment you will find a bottle of water a bottle of fruit juice and a carton of long life milk. You are welcome to use these items. All you do is replace them for our next guests for when they arrive. We are also offering guests the chance to have more substantial food packages available on arrival. They do take away the stress of having to worry about having food essentials when you arrive especially if you have flight delays or are arriving at the apartment late at night. (This is paid for locally to our property management company when you arrive at the apartment.)

Wonderful apartment in beautiful grounds : June 2019

We had a wonderful holiday here, from the outset the owners were great with communication and information, The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything you needed, a great balcony and the pool was beautiful. The grounds are kept immaculately and throughout our stay the pool was not very busy at all. There are some sun beds for general use but if taken there are also some in the apartment. I would say a car is necessary and this location acted as a super base the explore the local area. Will definitely look to return again!

We have just returned from a 9 week stay at this apartment. Try as we may we are finding it hard to find anything about our stay which did not meet or even exceed our expectations. Prior to travelling, the arrangements for locating and then accessing the apartment were clear and straightforward. The apartment itself was generally spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. although kitchen work surface was a bit limited. Because we were staying for several weeks the washing machine and dishwasher were a real bonus, as was the microwave plus a full oven and hob. As ours was a winter let having television with the main English channels was much appreciated. The WiFi connection was also good. Everything was in good, working order. It was useful, also, to have a number to contact should anything go wrong. The owner has an agent out there to deal with any problems. Best of all was the roomy, sunny balcony equipped with table and chairs plus sunloungers.We spent many hours soaking up the sun here. The balcony was sunny from mid morning right through to sunset during our stay and I’m sure it would be sunny even earlier in the morning during the summer months. There are short flights of steps to negotiate in order to access the apartment but this can be avoided by using the lift from the garage if anyone had mobility issues. We were also pleased to have a designated parking space in the garage,though getting in and out of it wasn’t easy at first. We would suggest a car is essential unless you are particularly keen on walking. We found it took us a good 20 minutes to walk to the nearest shop and close on 35 minutes to walk down to the village centre. Walking back took longer as it was uphill. Therefore we tended to drive down and park in the centre before walking on the boardwalk by the beach. This is a fantastic facility whereby you can walk either east or west along the shore and enjoy a drink or coffee as part of the activity. The dog loved it -as we did. Riviera del Sol could probably cater pretty well for all your needs but it is also very well situated for travelling to other centres such as Malaga,Fuengirola, Marbella etc. We would say this apartment is excellent value for money. We were very happy there and if we were in a position to commit for next winter we would already have made enquiries about the availability of this apartment. We were very sorry to leave when our holiday came to an end.

Me and my wife had a very nice stay in Mr. Holleys appartment. The washing machine break down, and 4 days later there was a new one, The naiborhout from Malaga, torromolinos, fuengirola and Marbella and Mijas pueblo is very nice to discover. a nice garden with simmingpool and sunbeds, Private garage. The property was nice and clean enough lovely towels, I will recommand this appartment. Hans and Idele.

The apartment is simply lovely, clean and well decorated. There was enough room for 2 adults and 4 children. The wifi is a huge bonus with teenagers. A car is highly recommended, as the shop and nearest restaurants are a good walk away, up and down hill. The only minor cristicism I have regarding the apartment was that there weren't 6 bowls, large plates or knives and forks, but we managed and it's only a very small thing which didn't affect our overall experience. The pool is lovely, which we made good use of and so are the gardens. The owner, Steven, was very helpful when we were planning our visit and contacted us during the stay to check how things were. I would highly recommend this apartment and would love to visit again.

We spent 9 days in Spain and had the most fantastic holiday! The booking process was easy and the owner of the apartment made everything simple for us. We traveled with our 18 month old daughter and it could not have been easier, the owner had a arranged a cot for us which had been set up when we arrived, there was also plastic cups and plates which ment we were not worrying about anything breaking when she was eating. The owner had also provided coloring in for our little one which was a lovely touch. The apartment was clean and modern and had everything we needed with beautiful views from the balcony. The pool area was fantastic and never so busy you needed to get up at 7am to put down a towel plenty of space and not to crowded. The was a folder in the apartment which had all the information needed for our stay with all the attractions and places detailed which made it easy for days out. The apartment is in a quite area but a 5 minute drive to the supermarket and shops and some lovely little restaurants. We loved our holiday we are planning to go back next year everything we could have wanted, close to everything and loads to do I would highly recommend.

We spent 11 days here. Me, my wife and our teenage daughter. This is a wonderful apartement in a beatiful area. The garden and the pool area was very nice. Everything was as described or even better. There is a private parkingspace in the garage. I will recommend a rental car. There is a lot to discover in the area. The owner is very helpful. This apartement gives you value for money!

We understand that booking the cheapest flights means different arrival and departure days. We have a 24 hour turn round between guests arriving and leaving. Please call us so we can tailor your holiday to suit you or click on the availabilty calendar. For booking, £50 (per week) deposit secures your holiday. (This is non refundable). Balance of payment is 4 weeks before arrival. Please note: We do ask for a £250 security deposit which is over and above the cost of your stay. This is to cover breakages and damage to the apartment. Provided there are neither your security deposit is refunded in full 5 days after your return home. Prices are based on stays of one week. We are happy to quote for shorter stays.

We do state the apartment sleeps 4. However, we can accommodate 5/6 For families with babys' and infants we can supply a cot and high chair should you require it. Similarly if an extra adult wishes to stay we can supply a zed bed. We are happy to do last minute deals. Please call or email for rental prices. (Last minute is no more that a week before arrival.)
