A LUXURIOUS PENTHOUSE - CASA CANELA- situated on La Reserva De Marbella II adjacent to Las Chapas has panoramic views to the mountains, Mediterranean, North Africa and Gibraltar. Set in an exclusive private community with beautiful landscaped tropical gardens, 2 large swimming pools, jacuzzi and childrens pool. The gardens have connecting ornamental streams, tumbling waterfalls and fountains providing a welcome distraction from the Costa del Sol heat. FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI INCLUDED IN RATES. This spacious newly appointed first floor penthouse sleeps up to 6 people. Double glazed with full silent running hot/cold air-conditioning, individual controls in each bedroom and living area. The décor and fittings are designed to give our guests the feeling of stylish comfort. The apartment has a phone access system and lift/stairs from the secure underground parking and gardens.

You will have our management team close by. They will welcome you on your arrival, tell you all there is to know about 'CASA CANELA' and be available throughout your stay just in case you need anything. They look after our Penthouse with care and attention, which is just what we want for our guests and ourselves. Importantly I supply a 'MEET AND GREET SERVICE', where they will meet you at the Penthouse, handover the keys and inform you of all there is to know about the property and surrounding areas. Our guests have said how good it is compared to other owners who only give you a local pick up point for the keys. As we visit the Penthouse or 'Casa Canela' a few times each year we ensure it is kept to a high standard and everything you want is available. Feedback from our guests has pleased us immensely and has been extremely positive. This is nice to see after the effort we have put into making it "somewhere special to come back to" after the sun and fun of the Costa del Sol, as we say. If required beach towels can be provided with a local charge of only €5. Also child high chair and cot can be provided with a local charge to our Manager.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION Bed linen, towels, electricity and water services are included in the rates, a refundable security deposit (RSD) of £150 or €200 is required to cover excess cleaning, breakages or loss of keys. Beach towels can be provided with a local charge of only €5 or you can supply your own. Child high chair and cot available if required, with a local charge to our Manager. Sorry but no pets, and for your comfort it is a no smoking apartment internally.

PAYMENT DETAILS Only 5 days minimum stay for some periods, and discounts for early, late booking and extended periods, please contact us for details. Non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your holiday is required. Options (beach towels / cot / highchair) paid locally to our Manager, Balance plus refundable security deposit (RSD) to be paid 8 weeks before arrival or by arrangement when arrival date is within this period.

Goed gelegen appartement met fraai uitzicht op de tuin en(gedeeltelijk) zee. Woning was prima uitgerust en goed onderhouden. Zwembaden waren grotendeels ondiep en dus meer geschikt voor kinderen. Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf in casa Canella!

Thank you for the feedback and it is appreciated. Really pleased your family enjoyed themselves. yes the tropical gardens and pools are nice and plenty of space to relax in sun or shade. The views down to Gibraltar are superb from the solarium. Then you have the other terrace which can give you some shaded area.

Bedankt voor de feedback en het wordt gewaardeerd. Echt blij je familie vermaakten zich. ja thr tropische tuinen en zwembaden zijn mooi en veel ruimte om te ontspannen in de zon of schaduw. Het uitzicht naar Gibraltar zijn prachtig vanaf het solarium. Dan heb je de andere terras dat je sommige gearceerde gebied kan geven.

COMING BACK AGAIN – RICH and DEB from Wales

This was the second time we have rented this apartment and it won't be the last. We found it to be very central to most places. Marbella for the shops, night life or just people waching, Gibraltar for the history and the monkeys, and even got really adventurous and went to Nerja which is lovely and about 1 hours drive. It is not essential to hire a car as the apartment is situated close to a good resturant and Andy's bar which serves drinks and food about 75 yards away. A car is advised if you want to be adventurous and drive to Marbella which is only 20mins away. The beach at Cabopino is good and has a bar for drinks and food during the day. At night, Cabopino has soom great places to eat overlooking the marina which was very plesant. If you just want to relax by the pool all day it is nice and safe for the children, although we didn't see many during both our stays. Although the pool feeds 3 or 4 apartments it never seems to be too busy which is good. A bit about the apartment. It's fantastic. Lovley and clean, well appointed and so relaxing. Top terrace is great, although I found it too hot up there during the day, so we used to eat early evening when it was a little cooler. If, like me, you don't like driving abroad, here you don't have to, but I am now more adventurous and quite enjoy it providing I get back to Andy's bar for a drink or two before lights out. We will certainly be going back again, maybe end of this year, availibility permitting.

Can I thank you very much for the care and attention you have put into the Penthouse, very beautiful, and the recent refurbishment and furniture / beds made it even better than the first time we were on holiday in the property.

It is agreat location and Anne was the to meet us which is really appreciated as other property owners do not do this 'meet and greet'

The gardens are fantasitc and walking around the footpaths with two beautiful pools and the jacuzzi meant it was really relaxing time for all the family.

Taking in the views to either mountains or to the sea from the terraces made it special and I can highly recommend the complex and penthouse for couples, families young and old alike.

We all can't wait to come again next year.

A car is not required, and the near-by bar / restaurant and small shop were ideal. We hired a car to make sure we could visit all the beaches, restaurants and tourist attractions on the Costa.

From the moment we arrived with a great welcome from your on-site managemnt team who told us all about the Penthouse and area, it was really nice. All attractions, golf courses and Marbella are near to the property, and we could relax in the beautiful gardens and pools that surround the property. The jaccuzi was excellent and all the family enjoyed the ambiance in the wonderful gardens with nice temperatures even in Feb.

Wonderful views from the large terraces made the evenings special for us. Everything we wanted were available from satellite TV, Sky, DVD etc etc and the standard of furnishings are top quality.

We want to thank you for a great holiday. We absolutely loved the apartment, the peaceful outdoor area and the kidsfriendly pool, and the indoor garage was a big plus. We try out different areas and apartments in southern Spain each year, and I must say that your penthouse met almost every demand we have and is on the top of our list. What we got was - A large apartment - A roof terrace - An indoor garage - A protected area - A large outdoor area - A kids friendly pool - A shop and restaurant close by - A very peaceful area And along with all this we found ourselves smack in the middle of every thinkable amusement. Restaurants, bars, shopping malls, beaches, animal- and aqua parks, water worlds, markets…..well u name it! All in a reasonable driving range. Another big plus was the welcome we got from the apartment keeper! We couldn’t have gotten a more positive and smiling welcome and the “ill do what is in my power to make your holiday as pleasant as possible” attitude really boosted out holiday, So thank you very much Anne, u made our day after a long flight. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and we will be coming back in the future.

We would like to thank you for the great standard of the Penthouse and the holiday was fantastic. The condo / penthouse was beautiful and excellent quality throughout. Tropical gardens, swimming pools and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all the family. Having meals looking down to the sea and Gibraltar was a special time we will not forget.

The new beds gave a great nights sleep, and with the Wifi we could keep in touch with our business and friends.
