Luxury spacious penthouse apartment furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout in a quiet residential part of the La Quinta Golf, Spa and Country Cub with access to private swimming pool set in beautiful tropical gardens immediately opposite the apartment. Stunning sea and mountain views from two large furnished sun terraces. Upper floor is self contained with a spacious master bedroom, super king sized bed and separate dressing area, the large L shaped sun terrace provides secluded all day sun bathing. Ensuite bathroom, with his/her basins & walk-in wardrobe provides ideal set up for privacy on this top floor. Two large twin bedrooms have access to first floor fully tiled luxury bathroom with extra large shower and toilet. First floor fully fitted kitchen (all kitchen equipment is provided) with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dish washer leading to a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Spacious lounge area has super flat screen TV, DVD, Play Station 3 & Sky, leading to a second furnished sun terrace with BBQ. The furniture and soft furnishings throughout the apartment are modern, comfortable and in keeping with the suroundings. There are two large comfortable leather sofas in the lounge area and a large wooden dining table with all the place settings for formal dining. Alfresco dining on the sun terraces is a popular alternative with outside table, chairs, parasols, sun beds and pads provided. For those people who want to stay in touch whilst they are away there is a mobile Wifi internet service available upon request.

Lovely spacious apartment with great views : August 2017
I stayed for 1 week with my family (6 adults) in this lovely spacious apartment with great views – we loved the large upper sun terrace. We had everything we needed. The men in our group loved the Sky Sports channels and it was great to have the wifi. The pool area is in a lovely quiet setting and the view surrounding it is stunning. The apartment is close to local bars and restaurants – a car is needed and there is a reserved parking space outside the apartment. Every time we go to this area we find a different restaurant to try as we love exploring. We all really enjoyed our holiday and would certainly like to book again. It was a very easy transaction to book and Kim is very helpful.

The apartment was exactly as described. We stayed there with our daughter and 2 grandchildren and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool is lovely - plenty of grassed area and lots of sunbeds. Lovely and quiet but not too far away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. I would definitely recommend it.

We spent a month in Kim's condo and couldn't have been more pleased. The views from both sides of the condos are spectacular and the terraces always seemed to have the nicest breezes. The condo itself is very large and roomy with luxury finishes and the kitchen is well equipped It definitely exceeded our expectations across the board. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

The apartment is high spec and immaculately maintained with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. It was great having the English TV stations and fast wifi. The location is spot on with fantastic views on an exclusive development. It is quiet and out of the way with a beautiful tropical garden and swimming pool to relax in. It is also very close to get to all the amenities in Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona with great beaches and lots to do. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back. Owner is very attentive and makes the whole booking process easy.

This is our second visit to the apartment and it once again provided everything and more. We wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday in the sun and that's exactly what we got. It's so peaceful and the tropical garden and swimming pool offered hours of downtime in the sun. The apartment, like last time, was spotlessly clean and of a high standard with everything we could possibly need. The outside facilities were superb too and the pool was always clean and the garden area regularly tended to. Another great stay and e will definitely go back again. Highly recommended!

The golf course (all 27 holes) was in great condition and as good as any in the region - and better than most! Highly recommended.

Everything about this penthouse apartment was perfect from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had superb views over the golf course to one side and to the mountains on the other. Both the balcony and the roof top terrace were very spacious and got the sun throughout the day, while the well maintained shared swimming pool was directly across from the apartment. The golf course on the complex which consisted of three 9 hole hole courses was in great shape and would suit both serious and social golfers. The club house was about a 15 minute walk from the apartment and the clubhouse bar was great for lunch and drinks. A car would be recommended as the complex is large and the nearest town, San Pedro is about a 8 to 10 minute deive, while Puerto Banus and Marbella are approx. a 15 minute drive away. San Pedro had lots of restaurants and bars in a quiet setting while the more livelier night life could be found in Marbella and Puerta Banus All in all we had a really enjoyable holiday in a fantastic, well maintained apartment in a great location. The apartment itself is a gorgeous penthouse and suitable for two families as the upstairs bedroom/bathroom is self contained. Fantastic views from the balconies and the kitchen / lounge / bedrooms and bathrooms are new and spotless. The swimming pool is always busy but not overcrowded and is just across the road from the apartment. I would recommend a car as there are no shopping facilities within walking distance. I have had two lovely holidays here now and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a really good holiday. The apartment is excellent very spacious and the booking service was very good. I liked being on an exclusive quiet complex. It was easy to get to everything but out of the way and very relaxing. The resident's private swimming pool was set in a beautiful tropical garden right in front of the apartment and you could swim in the pool and see the mountains! Fantastic views and there is lots to do and see in the area. Highly recommend this one. This is my second stay here and would definitely rebook again and again!
