Attractive modern 2nd floor apartment with 2 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Large lounge with triple and double sofas & cable TV. Fully fitted kitchen and large South West facing balcony/sun deck overlooking the mountains. Within a few minutes walk can be found a bank, supermarket, chemist, butcher, cafe. Flamingo Park is also located right next to a golf course.
This is a holiday home in southern Spain, where all your amenities such as swimming pool, garden, beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance of the apartment. Flamingo Park is built in the typical white Spanish style with Moorish characteristics and low rise apartments cluster around very attractive gardens which are tended daily with flowers in abundance. There is nothing like enjoying a sundowner of the sun deck patio, watching the sun set over the mountains!
The Apartment: The apartment itself comprises of a large Living Room with Dining area, Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom, second Bedroom with two single beds, second shower bathroom & a fully equipped kitchen. The first Master Bedroom has large double (Queen size) bed. It also has cabinets with table lamps, fitted double wardrobe & shelves, and en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, separate basin & WC. The second Single Bedroom has two single beds & with side cabinets, dressing table & double fitted wardrobe & shelves. It has its own bathroom with walk in shower, separate basin & WC down the hall.

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a double sink, electric oven & hob with extractor fan, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, electric iron, and all the necessary cutlery & utensils. The Living Room area consist of a 2 piece suite with large 3 seater sofa & 2 seater sofa, coffee table, side cabinet, and TV with DVD & CD player. The dining room area consists of a table with 4 chairs, which can extend for 6 place settings
The San Pedro del Alcantara Area: The apartment is Benamara some 2-3 kilometres from San Pedro, 10 kilometres from Marbella and 7 kilometres from Puerto Banús. Estepona and its beautiful beaches very near and only a 1-2 minute walk there is a parade of shops with supermarkets, restaurants, cocktail bars etc. Straight across the road is the beach. There are many golf courses close to the complex The attractive and unspoilt mountain villages of Ronda and Casares are not far away and offer spectacular views The weekly markets in Peurto Banús and Estapona are not to be missed. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance to suit all tastes including French, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Spanish and of course English cuisine. The beach is only 5 mins walk away.

Comfortable Apartment, great location : March 2013
I have stayed in this apartment twice now and have found it to be extremely comfortable, clean and close to all amenities. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and it is a short stroll to the beach. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely sunny terrace on which to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. If you have a car it is an easy drive to Marbella and Estepona.

To are surprise the apartment was a lot bigger than we thought and a lot nicer, the location is brilliant, we visited a different place everyday by the great bus service that is available outside the apartment and very reasonably priced. There is a lovely Italian cafe literally out of the door of the complex where we sat and had latte and chocolate pastries every morning with the friendly staff and helpful English butcher next door, he gave us great ideas where to visit.
There is a lovely swimming pool that was hardly used by others which made it a very peaceful place to stay, there was plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and great supermarkets to hand, Will most certainly be returning to this apartment and will recommend to my friends and family.
Excellent, Clean and Great Location : June 2011
The apartment is lovely, the decor is stylish and most importantly it's clean, the place was fitted out with everything you could need, all utensils, washing machine, cooker, towels and and iron. I had to attend a wedding so the iron was a nice touch.
Don't hesitate, the apartment is surrounded by shops and restaurants. If you do stay there I recommend Tiffanys restaurant, they also have a bar that's open until 5am so the area is great for both couples and families.
I would say if you are driving from the airport do not deviate from the A7! we took the AP-7 and got very lost but if you stay on the A7, it's one straight road to the apartment.
The apartment was a lovely place to come back to, in a way it made our holiday.
