Ibiza airport is 7 km away. It is not necessary to rent a car as Marina Botafoc, a luxury harbour with its restaurants, bars and designer boutiques, is few minutes walking distance, so is Talamanca beach, discoteques Pacha, El Divino, well known hotels, such as Ocean Drive, El Corso, Argos; Ibiza Town is 10 to 15 minutes walk, or 1 minute by car. There is a ferry service from Marina Botafoc to all parts of Ibiza, probably the nicest way to explore this amazing island. Taxi rank is nearby. Nothing is too far a distance in Ibiza, being a small island. This property is so well located and so near everything, that car is not essential at all. However, to truly explore Ibiza's many beautiful beaches, other towns and villages, markets, monuments, harbours, amazingly rich night life, local events etc - we strongly recommend hiring a car. There is an excellent ferry service from Marina Botafoc to Ibiza Town, popular during summer months, inexpensive, a short sea ride of 15 minutes.
Coast / Beach Talamanca beach, one of the trendiest on the island, is 3 minutes walking distance. There are many restaurants and bars on the beach open day and night, a good one to try is Bar Flotante, always full of locals and tourists.
Further Details: Ibiza town is a short drive, or 10-15 minutes walk. It is a must to see and enjoy the amazing cosmopolitancy of its locals and tourists from all over the world who faithfully come back year after year. There are lots of quality boutiques, restaurants, bars and cafes, modern supermarkets, fruit markets,busy day and night, yet- not at all difficult to find a quiet spot, to enjoy piece and tranquility-stress free.
Accessibility: There is a communal swimming pool, never too crowded. Lovely patio with wooden decking, table and four chairs.
