Luxury 2 Bathroom 2 bedroom 1st floor golf front apartment on the Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Resort, overlooking the 4th, 5th and 6th fairways. Unlike most other apartments on the resort, this apartment has 2 bathrooms, both with powerful showers. The apartment has air-conditioning throughout the living room and bedrooms.
Spain is all about outside living which can be enjoyed from our large terrace balcony overlooking the 4th, 5th and 6th fairways. Enjoy alfresco dining on our patio table and chairs. Barbcue meat and fish on the bbq grill plate, unwind in the Hot Tub with mood lighting and power jets or just lie back on the sunlounger and enjoy the peace and quiet. The apartment is a five minute stroll from the Practice Area, Pro Shop, Bar/cafe and Supermarket. The apartment also has an underground parking space to keep your car cool. The parking space is situated right next to the lift ideal for unloading your bags when you arrive. There are many communal swimming pools, two within a 2 minute walk. We have provided beach towels, pool noodles and reclining beach chairs for your convenience, whether it be in the pools or on the beach.
The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is designed around a 19th century Hacienda which was the former residence of the Riquelme family. The fairways of this 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed par 72 golf course (6,416 metres) course run between Olive trees, wild flowers and 5 lakes. The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course is one of nine Jack Nicklaus courses, known as the “Nicklaus Golf Trail”, all within a radius of 25km. Each course has its own unique character and challenges. Some courses are still to be opened but all are linked by a courtesy shuttle bus.The resort facilities include a Pro Shop, practice area, “The Woodhouse” bar and cafe and a well stocked supermarket including Spanish and English food selections. Guests are also able to use the facilities of other Polaris World Resorts. Hacienda Riquelme is a 5 star resort situated approximately 1 km east of Sucina nestling in the foothills of the Columbares Mountains.
How to get there: Full turn by turn instructions will be provided to all guests to take you from the airport to the apartment door. The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is 1km from Sucina, only a : 20 minute drive from Murcia's San Javier Airport and a 40 minute drive from Alicante Airport. Should guests wish to stay for less than 7 days Tariffs will be calculated as a fixed charge of £85 + “Nightly Rate” x number of nights i.e. 3 nights required during Low Season Total Charge = £85 + (£35 x 3 nights) = £190.

The £150 security deposit will be refunded following a satisfactory property check, within one week of your departure. Your apartment will be cleaned and beds made up before your arrival and following your department. Each additional weeks stay will also include a start of week clean and linen change at no additional cost unless agreed otherwise at time of booking. The apartment is available for full weeks or part weeks. Arrival and departure days can be to arranged to suit your needs as the cheaper airline rates are often for mid week travel.
