This Duplex House, with 2 fully fitted bedrooms, built in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms, is situated in the Las Marinas area of the historic Spanish town of Denia. The development is made up of 30 properties in an exclusive residential area. Denia, which, as stated by the World Health Organisation to be the healthiest climate in the world, has an excellent warm Mediterranean climate and incomparable coastline of blue clear waters and 20kms of sandy beaches is the perfect choice for a holiday.

The immaculate & attractive communal area consists of a very clean swimming pool and 1 children's pool, gardens and secured reserved parking. Only 100 metres from a quality restaurant and only 250 metres flat walking to bars/cafés (WiFi)/restaurants/shops and the safe sandy beach.

Denia is a traditional & unspoilt town on the Costa Blanca famous for its Port & Castle Where is Denia ? Denia is situated on the Costa Blanca, about 85 km north east of Alicante. Facilities include 2 private sun terrace areas, the top terrace leads from the twin bedroom and enjoys morning sunshine - ideal for a welcoming breakfast to start the day or to eat/drink in the afternoon shade and/or dine in the evening; the 2nd terrace is south-west facing and leads from the lounge area to our private garden where you can also view a fabulous sunset in the horizon, Both terraces are equipped with tables/chairs & sun-loungers - relax and enjoy the wonderful al-fresco dining ambiance. They both have amazing views of different mountain ranges, 2 are well known as the Montgo (elephant) and Sleeping Indian - you just have to use your imagination!!! The complex gardens are also beautiful and well maintained as are the very inviting communal swimming pool and a small children's pool. The complex is very safe and secure with free private car parking areas and locked pedestrian gates. The location of the duplex is great:- 5 minutes walk to the nearest 21 kms of safe and sandy beach with plenty, albeit well-spread, of restaurants, cafes and bars offering that little bit or lots of something we all need to break up our day on the beach or just to enjoy a wonderful evening dining experience overlooking the sand and sea - heaven! 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants including a small Internet area but many locations also offer free Wi-fi. 5 minutes walk to the Denia Green Route, where you can walk/cycle through orange groves for kilometers and enjoy even better mountain views. 5 minutes drive to Denia and all it has to offer - beautiful mountain views - 3 Marinas offering so much including a jolly/merry day trip on one of the Catamarans providing drink and food or a more tranquil glass bottomed boat trip to different resorts - a medieval castle, catch the small road train which gives you a tour of the town and the castle! - a large Port where you can get the Ferry to Palma and Ibiza -over 1000 bars and restaurants, some are situated on the famous Marques de Campo which is a beautiful tree-lined street, some in the 16th century fishermen's houses and others just spread around the town. Whether it is typical local Spanish tapas or wonderful Valencian region paella, authentic Spanish cooking, excellent mouth-watering Indian cuisine or fantastic Italian pasta, beach front bars or bodegas, there is something for everyone who enjoy. There are many wonderful Fiestas that take place throughout the year perpetuating both religious & pagan festivals, all of which are unique to this area - Moors and Christians, Fallas, Running of the Bulls etc. There are also Popular & Classical Concerts and Firework displays. Great base for holiday : July 2017

Beautiful duplex apartment, immaculately clean, offering everything we needed, including the security of a gated community. Lovely shared pool, which was very quiet most of the time. A short walk down the road there are a few bars close to the beach. You can also catch the local bus from here into Denia. Denia is lovely, both the town and the marina offer plenty of choice for eating and drinking. Very close to the apartment there is also an amazing Italian restaurant which we ate at several times. Day trips to Alicante and Valencia were easy from here and well worth the 1hr drive to each city. There are also lots of small seaside towns within a short drive - we loved Altea and Calpe. The weather was amazing. Maureen and John were lovely hosts who wanted to be sure we were happy and comfortable in the apartment - it was a lovely holiday.

We were given a very warm welcome from the owners a lovely refreshing Cava in fridge on arrival. The duplex is stunning had everything we needed and immaculate and very clean. The pool and gardens well maintained and is beautiful and the local supermarkets and cafes nearby offering good quality provisions and Spanish food aplenty.Maureen and John the owners go out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful and offer to take us back to the bus station at the end of our stay. We came without a car and used public transport without any problems at all as they were pretty punctual.We used public transport to get to Alicante and stayed overnight at the AC Alicante Hotel before using a local bus to the Airport so easy.We never used the beach personally but it is fantastic for families being so close by.We would certainly recommend it to family and friends.

Many thanks to Maureen and John for ensuring that we had a wonderful stay, and we have immediately booked to return next year. Their Duplex is very well equipped with fast internet and English TV. We particularly enjoyed the small private garden with the barbequing facility, and the location is good, a 5 min walk to the beach.

We stayed at the apartment recently with our 22 month old and had a great time! The near by beach is fantastic and unspoilt. The apartment is really well kept. Maureen and John have thought of practically everything. The pool is great, our little one wanted to be on the beach or in the pool all the time. There are nearby restaurants and a little supermarket in about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The best place we ate was actually in Denia town 'les monges" the food is yummy and the staff are great with children. Our toddler tried his first garlic prawn and loved it and he can be fussy with what he eats! The pool was empty every time we wanted to use it (which was at once everyday) and the beaches weren't crowded at all. There is a nice beach bar on the beach which was really handy. Thank you Maureen and John. We would definitely stay again.

A very clean, comfortable and well equipped two bedroom duplex in a sunny orientation. Its in a small development with lovely gardens and pool. Only ten minutes walk away from beaches, bars and restaurants and bus stop into Denia. Very attentive and friendly hosts. We would book this property again without hesitation.

Maureen even took us into town on arrival to how us how to find the Marques de Campo by car so we could park easily. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt really at home & relaxed. Clean spacious accommodation, wifi and English TV to finish off our evening. locked gate to car parking, so car secure. Had two friendly geckos arrive when we were there, which we loved. We will certainly rent again when we return to Denia. Nice to meet John too, very nice couple.

This property has all the facilities you need, 2 big bedrooms, 2 showers and a huge balcony-terrace from one of the bedrooms. Another terrace off of the lounge. Unusually for this time of year we had a week of thunderstorms but with satellite telly and free Wi-Fi we were well catered for when stuck inside. The lounge-diner is roomy and the kitchen fully equipped.The air-con in nearly every room, worked extremely well. Plenty of towels - bath, hand and even flannels. The owners, Maureen and John were very pleasant, helpful and considerate, leaving welcome gifts and milk and stuff in the fridge. The duplex was also spotless! The town of Denia was a 10 minute bus or drive away and the lovely beach was a 10 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby many of which were German owned and run. The nearest restaurant was Italian which did lovely food, shame it was very expensive and the waiters so surly. (not to be confused with the Italian-run restaurant near the small beach in town which was fantastic!) Our recommended restaurants would be Fuegos, in town and Ludos which is on the right as you go up the hill going out of Denia, however a lot of the restaurants are very good. Denia itself is not a town I would recommend ----- but only because it's so nice I don't want anyone else to go there!!! LOL! Again, I must commend Maureen and John for being excellent hosts!

My family, my girlfriend and I stayed in "La Giralda" for 11 days and it was a lovely time. When we arrived, Maureen welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and showed us the house. Afterwards she told us everything we needed to know about the complex and its location. The house itself was very well equipped and perfectly clean. It offered a terrace, where we often had breakfast, and a balcony for relaxation. Since we spent most of our holidays outside under the Spanish sun, we were pretty happy about the community's pool and the exceptionally well-kept complex in general. We rarely met people in the pool, but the ones we met were all very kind and tourists themselves. In the surrounding area you could find the beach, a little supermarket, a pharmacy and several restaurants within a 10 minutes walk. The bigger supermarkets are a little bit further away, but if you rent a car you should be able to get there in about 10 minutes of driving. During our stay, we visited lots of different beaches in the community of Valencia. My girlfriend and I have been to Valencia city many times before (she is Valencian) and each beach in Denia is way cleaner and more beautiful than the ones at the centre of Valencia. If you plan to do longer trips during your visit, we recommend going to Jávea (Xabia) and Benidorm. Another of our discoveries was the German restaurant "El Barril" in Denia, where they offered good traditional food, just like in Munich (where my family is from). All in all, our stay was wonderful and without any hassle. We would love to spend more time in one of Maureen's houses and look forward to see her again soon. The complex is amazingly quiet and peaceful, and there are lots of amenities within walking distance. The owners, Maureen and John couldn't be more attentive and charming. It was our first time in Denia and the apartment was immaculate and the owners so friendly and helpful. We felt at home the 10 days we were there and we were woken up to sound of cockerels and beautiful country views from our bedroom.The swimming pool was perfect and we certainly enjoyed it so very much. The nearest Masymas supermarket is a good 15-20 minute walk so if you are not seasoned walkers a hire car can be handy.The local bus will take you there for only 1.50 euros one way and into Denia itself.So overall nothing we can fault at all we give it 100%.
