The complex is located south of Estepona., near to Duquesa Port .An ideal location to explore the sights of Andalucia.

This is a wonderful location for a relaxing around the pools, with plenty of sun loungers and the beach just a minutes walk from our gardens.It is also ideal for golf enthusiasts as there are many top courses within a 30-minute radius.Valderrama, Sotogrande ,San Roque, Finca Cortesin, and many more popular courses to choose from.For sightseeing you have Ronda, Marbella and Puerto Banus 30 Minutes and Gibraltar 30 mins. Algericas has a Water Park , approx 30 kilometers , and Selwo Adventure Park about 20 minutes away.

Casares is a Picturesque Mountain village in the Sierra Bermeja Where is Casares ? Located in the South of Spain (Andalucia region) on the Costa de Sol, 15km northwest of Estepona. Nearest Airport Gibraltar - 30 mins drive Nearest Beach  30metres Nearest Shops  Sabinillas Nearest Motorway  AP7 exit 153 Alternative Airport  Malaga - 60 mins drive We are located in Casares Costa which is the beach belonging to the White Village of Casares, nestled in the mountains some 15 kms away.Nearby is the village of Sabinillas and it has a good selection of shops, banks,restaurants and bars. Estepona (10 ks )is a bustling sea side town ,very Spanish and has a wonderful Promenade along the beach. Puerto Banus and Marbella are renowned for their upmarket shops bars and restaurants. The port of DUQUESA is about 3 kms away, offering watersports and boating as well as its bars and restaurants etc. The apartment at Casares del Mar is situated right on the beach front of the Coast of Casares in between Estepona and Manilva, located conveniently just off the main A7 highway (previously the N340), the complex is one of the last to be built so near to the beach, this is no longer allowed so a really special and enviable spot.When we say "Sea View" , there is nothing but Sea!

The large master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment ,overlooking the gardens and has amazing views to the beach ,the sea , Gibraltar and Africa, there are patio doors leading to the terrace , this bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom , with bath ,shower and toilet. There is a large wall mounted Flat screen TV, receiving uk channels .. Built in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. There is a second double bedroom . .Finally a twin bedded room . All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There is an ensuite bathroom to the Master Bedroom and the second bathroom has a full bath, shower , bidet and toilet. All bathrooms are finished in marble.

Living Room This beautiful apartment is very spacious and bright, having most windows and patio doors southwest facing. There is a large entrance area which leads to the comfortable Lounge, 43inch Flat screen Tv receiving UK channels is wall mounted,the lounge opens on to the terrace, through patio doors, where there is a large oval marble table seating 6/8 people for summer dining.

Casares del Mar is a unique complex and one of the last actual beachside communities to be built in the area. It is maturing with every year and the gardens are just wonderful giving you a spacious open feeling .There are stone pathways winding round the gardens and the beach is directly in front of the residencial apartments,some 30 metres from the sea.The beach is accessable by steps from the garden.There are now 2 pools, one of which is child friendly, There are sunloungers for guest's use in the pool areas. The car par is gated and private.

Travel / Distances: Malaga airport is 1 hours drive and Gibraltar is just over 30 minutes. Car hire is recommended in this location, . The village of San Luis de Sabinillas is two kilometres away and can be reached by walking along the seafront. Puerto banus and Marbella are 25 mins drive. The ancient town of Ronda is about 45 mins.Trips to North Africa can also be taken from within our area.Tarifa,and the beaches of the Atalantic coast can also be easily reached from here.The WHITE VILLAGE of Casares is a must for all new vistors to this location and is 14 kms into the mountains.Estepona is a great place to visit, only 10mins.

Golf: We are very near at least 10 of the major Golf courses in our area all within half an hour journey for example Valderama. Almanara, San Rogue. Alcadeisa, Soto Grande, Estepona, La Duquesa, Atalaya, and La Canada .There are two new course just opposite our beach location being Dona Julia and Finca Cortesin.

Coast / Beach: There are plenty of beaches and coves in this area all within half an hour's drive. We are fortunate to have the beach directly in front of our complex.

Balance The remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
*Changeover Day: We would prefer weekends but we are flexible. Check in after 2pm and before midnight on the day of your arrival, check out by 11.00 am on the day of your departure. Once booking dates are agreed we will require a 200 pounds per week deposit and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. We also require a 300 euros breakages deposit to be paid with the Balance, this will be refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked and the keys returned.
