Large SOLAR HEATED Pool 10m x 4m with plenty of room for sitting/lounging or sunbathing but with a well shaded area for those with more sensitive skins. Also a pool table and a gas fired barbeque. Ideal for a relaxing holiday either for couples or for a family, yet with good facilities for other activities within short driving distances.

Dining Area The dining area is off to the side of the klitchen area and provides table and adequate seating for 8 people. There is a high chair which fits to one of the normal dining chairs.

For Sea views read Lake views. There is a large comfortable double bed settee in the living room, in addition to the two bedrooms. A maximum of 6 can be comfortably accommodated, although an additional camp bed can be provided for an additional child. Guests are requested to provide their own towels for visits to the beach. The owners, Chris and Julia originally retired from running their own holiday cottage complex in Derbyshire, UK and now provide the ideal alternative location here in Andulucia. If you require a starter pack of essential foods and drinks, we will be happy to purchase these on your behalf awaiting your arrival. There is a full sized pool table located in the pool area to keep the youngsters and fathers happy.

A. Our Preferred changeover day is on a Friday or Saturday, if possible, but we are flexible on this to accommodate cheap flight times. Please contact owners. Special terms may be negotiated for longer letting periods and also pets may be considered. B. The stated prices are based on 4 people sharing- additional persons will be charged at 50€ per week WE OFFER A FURTHER 10% DISCOUNT OFF THE ADVERTISED RATES FOR ONLY 2 PERSONS SHARING.except at Xmas,Easter & August bookings. The villa is suitable only for a maximum of 6 persons plus 1 additional child. -Terms of payment are 25% deposit with reservation and balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking. Minimum let will be 7 nights for Xmas, Easter, and July- 7 nights for August. 2 weeks otherwise 4 nights at other periods. A damage deposit of 250€ will be required for long term lets and bookings involving pets. A final cleaning charge will be levied of 50€ after lets with pets.

Please note that the monthly rate does not include electricity costs, which will be monitored and charged at the same costs as charged to the owners. The house is well insulated and does not require major energy input to maintain comfortable temparetures. We do however provide a Super Ser calor gas heater for the clients' use and the first gas bottle (around 12€ each) is included free.
