This superb detached villa offers spacious & comfortable accommodation for upto 4 people in 2 bedrooms each of which have 2 single beds. The private 10m x 5m pool, which can be heated for use all year round, is surrounded by a large terrace & is separated from the other terraces by gates, making it safe for children to play & parents to relax.

The pool & villa have extensive terrace areas which gives the option of sun or shade throughout the day. There is a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher & washing machine. The lounge, which overlooks the pool, has an open fire, TV & DVD & leather sofas. With marble floors throughout & air conditioning (extra charge applies) to both bedrooms, lounge & kitchen diner, this spacious villa is furnished to a very high standard to provide luxury & comfort at affordable rates.

Where is Villamartin : Villamartin is situated 45 minutes south of Alicante & 35 minutes north of La Manga & 7 minutes inland from some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. The bustling town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive. A one hour drive north will take you to Benidorm & the recently opened Terra Mitica theme park.

Villa Notes: The pool & surrounding terrace area is separated from the other terrace areas by gates to enable you to allow your children to play without them having access to the pool. There is also a 3rd shower room with toilet & hand basin on the pool terrace. To enable the pool to be used all year round we have installed a pool heater & pool cover. The terrace to the west side of the villa has a 5m x 5m pergola to give you a shaded area at any time of the day. There are 8 pool loungers & various tables & chairs on the terraces. It is possible to park upto 3 cars on the drive. The entrance gates are electrically operated & the villa is alarmed. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Golf: The golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas & Campomor are just a few minutes drive from Casa Larissa. To the south, but only a 35 minute drive you can play at the La Manga resort which offers another 3 courses. Golf Altorreal is a similar distance but is inland near the city of Murcia. A 20 minute drive north will take you to the recently opened La Finca course in the village of Algorfa. A bit further on is the Club La Marquesa at Quesada. Alenda G.C. near the town of Monforte is about 10 minutes inland from junction 73 on the A7/E15 motorway & well worth the 40 minute drive from the villa
