A superb base for families and golfers seeking a holiday location with a communal pool, many restaurants, bars banks and a well stocked supermarket.It is only 100 metres from the Villamartin golf course with Las Ramblas and Campoamor courses within a 10 minute drive.

The apartment is located on the first and second floor of the plaza and is approached by its own private gate and steps (Please note that due to this it is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with severe walking difficulties).

Villamartin / Villamartin Plaza Area: The ideal location for golf lovers or families looking to relax and unwind, with a communal pool, many restaurants,bars nearby. How to get there: Collection and return can be arranged from Alicante or Murcia airports for approximately 50 euros each way for a party of 4(Extra 10 euros for additional passengers up to a max of 6).

Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds also with air con and again ample built in wardrobes. All linen and towels are provided except beach towels. Stair gates and cots are available to hire. All electrics in the apartment are payable by a 2 Euro pre pay metre located by front door. Normal usage should be approx 2 euros / day
