Bath towels and bed linen provided. Nice lounge with seating for six, small front terrace. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
This holiday would suit those seeking a quiet relaxed stay with the two communal pools providing a safe environment for families with children.
The beaches nearby are excellent and safe with lifeguards and medical facilities.
The Villamartin Plaza, which is a two minute drive or 10-15 minute walk has a host of bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. A new Chinese/Thai restaurant has opened 200 yards from the Villa, the food being superb in terms of quality and value.

The villa is situated in a nice gated community within a short drive/walk to local shops and bars. The nearest supermarket is a ten minute walk away and the nearest bar/restaurant a five minute walk away. The beaches, of which there are many are a five minute drive away.
There are a selection of golf courses in the area with reasonable green fees.
The weather in Villamartin is good all year round and the area is famous for the health benefits the local salt lagoons produce.
In July, August and most of September the weather can be ferociously hot with temperatures between 35-40 C degrees normal.
Expect rain showers early in the year and late in the year and the evenings can be chilly so take some warm clothing.
