This property, which overlooks the 8th fairway, of the stunning Valle del Este golf course, has 3 double bedrooms, each with it's own balcony, and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom with bathroom en suite, has magnificent views from the balcony over the course and of the mountains. Fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area with air conditioning/heat. T.V. D.V.D. and C.D. player/radio. Large patio at the front with table and chairs for eating outside, overlooking front garden and golf course. The resort has an extremely impressive hotel, 5 minutes walk from the house, with restaurants, bars, spa and fitness centre. There is a Valle del Este Beach Club 10 minutes drive away with pool, resaurants and watersports. In the area there are three other golf courses, the well known Desert Springs, Marina de la Torre and Cortija Grande. Valle del Este is just off the E15 Autovia, and is easy to find.

The Mojacar area is one of the driest regions of Spain, with 300 days of sunshine a year! Vera town, which is just five minutes drive away, is an old spanish market town, founded in the 16th century. Vera playa, where the Valle del Este beach club is located has 8 km of long sandy beaches. Between Mojacar playa and Vera playa is the fishing port of Garrucha, well known for it's seafood restaurants. A trip to the picturesque Moorish village of Old Mojacar is well worth while, with it's winding cobbled streets and whitewashed buildings. Granada is only 2 hours drive and home to the famous Alambra Palace. There is also skiing during the winter months in the Sierra Mountains. Visit the mini Hollywood, about 30 minutes drive, where many of the spaghetti westerns were filmed. This is a wonderful holiday location and offers something for everyone.

Getting there: The closest airport to Los Olivios, Valle del Este, is Almeria, which is 40 minutes drive, and the estate is a turning of the E15 Autovia. Alicante is 2 hours drive and Murcia 1 hour drive. Whichever way you come it's quite easy to find. Have a look at the great deals with Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair and Flybe.

Golf: The 18 hole Valle del Este par 71 champoinship course was designed by Jose Canales in 2002. It is a spectacular and extremely challenging course with stunning views. Each hole presents a different and interesting challenge. There are lakes and ravines, set amongst wonderful natural vegetation with olive trees, palm trees and cactus. The finishing hole is a beautiful par 4 with water cascading to the left, flowing from the lake that surrounds the green on 3 sides. Current green fees are between 52 - 60 euros (10% discount to people staying in properties on the Estate.
