A Flat Screen TV and Satelite Receiver (English channels), DVD player and CD/Radio add to the undoubteded comfort offered. The kitchen is fully equipped with Hob, Oven, Fridge, Freezer and Dishwasher. The large private roof terrace with fabulous mountain views has two Sun Loungers for private bathing and is well equipped for dining for up to 8 people. Drinks can be served from the Refridgerator installed conveniently on this level. The private roof terrace is fantastic for private sunbathing and is safe for families with a safety railing installed.

The roof terrace has the washing machine built in below a granite work surface with wash facilties. The apartment is only 200 metres from the beach and promenade with numerous restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. The main taxi rank is only a two minute walk and makes commuting to the nearby beautiful town of Nerja with its Andalucian charm (10 minutes by taxi) or a visit to the Pueblo (old town of Torrox) easy for holiday makers without a car. The weather is good all year round (18 deg in winter - 31 deg in summer). Torrox is a great base from where you can organise trips to Malaga, Granada, Sevilla or many other nearby areas. A security entrance and lift to the second level makes this apartment ideal for anyone. If required we can organise collection from the airport and drop off at the apartment to make the connection to the apartment hassle free and this can be organised for a nominal cost.

Nearest Airport Malaga - 40 mins drive - 60 approx km Nearest Beach  200 metres Nearest Shops  50 metres The Apartment is located centrally in Torrox Costa only a 1 minute walk from the main bus stop. It is in the block next to the Bricalane Shop which has the Aldis Supermarket on the front ground floor elevation. The apartment entrance is at the back of the block accessed through a marble floor entrance. This is quite simply an ideal location in Torrox Costa near to the Beech, Shops and Restaurants.

Excellent winter rates - 8 week bookings or more during November, December, January and February available from £199.00 per week. Four week bookings during these same winter months available from £239.00 per week. An excellent cleaner can be organised to assist anyone during their winter stay who works extremely hard and is known to our family very well. She will clean, do the laundry etc for nine euros an hour and usually can maintain the apartment to a very high standard working only 4 hours a week (2 days / 2 hours per day). If you are interested in having this person looking after the apartment during your stay to assist you then let us know and we can organise this for you to try. For bookings of four weeks or more at all other times throughout the year a 10% discount off the weekly rental cost will apply. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR THIS APARTMENT. MANY OTHER APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED AT A LESSER WEEKLY RENTAL COST THEN THE COST FOR AIRCONDITIONING OR HEATING IS THEN ADDED AS A SURCHARGE. Arrival time is normally from 2pm on day of arrival and departure time is normally 11am on day of departure. Extensions to these times can be negiotiated in advance. If you require collection from Malaga airport and droff off for departure we can organise this for 50 euros each way (taxis normally charge around 75 euros. If you are interested in this then please let us know and we will organise.

Longterm Bookings for this apartment available on 11 month contract. Monthly rental cost is £695.00 per month plus electricity and water costs of approx £110.00 per month. If you are interested in renting longterm then please enquire.
