There are many beautiful 'Blue Flag' beaches, local markets, International restaurants, cafes, bars, watersports, Championship golf courses, Tennis club, safari and Aqua parks, shopping and general sightseeing all within a 15 minute drive so whether you are looking for sun, sea, rest and relaxation, a more active break or a mix of the two this area offers everything and the property provides an ideal location from which to pursue it. There is also a supermarket, bar/restaurant, internet shop and haidresser's located on the urbanisation within walking distance of the Villa The village of Los Montesinos offers many bars and restaurants, some situated in the square where it is pleasant to sit/ eat ouside and enjoy the relaxing ambience.

Visit the nature reserve of mar Menor, explore the old towns of cartagena, Murcia, Orihuela, Alicante, and Elche which offer great sightseeing opportunities; churches, cathedrals, harbours, lovely promenades etc. Torrevieja as well as hosting the largest street market in Europe has a large shopping centre, supermarket, clubs, bowling, Aquapark and International Restaurants amongst other things to interest the visitor to Spain.
