The villa has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds & one with two single beds, making it ideal for family holidays or golfing breaks.The large rooftop terrace is great for sunbathing or relaxed evening barbecues. There is also a large terrace off the master bedroom and a garden.

There is now a fabulous new 7x5 metre pool with Jacuzzi, and tiled patio surround. This is completely private and the patio will provide areas for sunbathing or shade. Small areas are planted with shubs and trees to give that tropical feel !!! Imagine, sitting in your very own Jacuzzi with a glass of your favourite tipple, keeping one eye on the barbeque. Heaven.... Please note, the 'shallow end' is 110cms deep, so not recommended for very small children. There are also two lovely communal pools on site with childrens pool and grassy areas. Access is by swipe card and during July and August there is a guard in attendance.

The Villa - Further Information: The comfortable lounge has seating for six. Should you want to stay in, there is Satelite TV with a video / dvd / cd player with a supply of videos. Please feel free to bring your own dvd's / cd's if you wish. The villa is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED, with units in all bedrooms & the lounge. Cool in summer, warm in winter. All bed linen and towels are supplied, but you will need to BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS for use at the communal pools. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle if you want to cook, but eating out is very reasonable with several restaurants nearby and hundreds within ten minutes in the car. The house is looked after by an English couple that will meet you at the house. They are on hand throughout your stay if you should need them. Pay phones are on site. Apart from the swimming pools and many safe and clean beaches there are plenty of things to do around the local area.

Things to do: There are two small commercial centres very close by, each with a supermarket, cafe/bar, chinese resturant etc. The town is a 5 min drive away (car hire can be arranged), and the beach is nearby. Taxi's in the area are excellent as are the local bus service.FOR CHILDREN: Go Karting, Ten Pin Bowling, Horse Riding, Aqua park, evening fun fair, and small on site play ground. There is a lovely park called 'Park of the Nations' which is a short drive away, this has beautiful gardens a large childrens play area with bouncy castles and a small lake area with swan pedloes on for hire. FOR ADULTS: The area is nice and peaceful but a short distance away you will find lots of bars and restaurants and a few night clubs. There are a number of lovely international restaurants nearby, we have details in the villa with directions. There are a number of golf courses about 5/10 mins away including; Villa Martin, Campomar & Las Ramblas.
