Casa Bienvenido is a house in Villamartin, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain: This immaculate Air Conditioned House with rooftop terrace solarium has sunshine all day & access to the communal swimming pool. It has 3 fully furnished twin bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor & 1 bathroom including bath/WC which is ideal for older guests. There is also 1 bedroom on the first floor + 2nd bathroom with shower/WC, a fitted kitchen with living/dining area includes dining table & chairs and 2 comfortable 3 seater sofa beds. It can sleep 8 people comfortably and is ideal for golfers and families with the sofa beds giving extra room for children on family holidays. *** IMPORTANTLY WE ALSO HAVE 24 HOUR OUT OF HOURS SUPPORT FOR OUR GUESTS!!!***

There's also a front terrace. Access to the solarium is from the internal stairs & is great for soaking up the sun + BBQ's. Just walking distance from Villamartin plaza which offers a great nightlife and choice of restaurants, Casa Bienvenido provides cost effective comfortable holiday accommodation for all ages in a well situated area. Accessible for wheelchairs. Car hire is not essential but recommended to give more freedom & access to local beaches & amenities.

	2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 upstairs. All with Ceiling fans. We have single beds to try and be flexible for all our guests. Groups of golfers for example don't necessarily want to share a bed. For Couples they can be moved together. As well as the 6 beds there's two 3 Seater double Sofa Beds so we can accommodate groups of 8.These are ideal for children on Family holidays too when in larger groups.

	Bathroom Downstairs (Full) - Toilet, Bath with Shower, Bidet, Has Bath screen for shower. Bathroom Upstairs - Toilet, Shower Enclosure. Bathroom - Toilet. Although there is the bath in the downstairs Bathroom, we recommend that when staying with larger groups of people that guests take showers to help conserve the Hot water.

Dining Room	Child's highchair, seating for 8 people. If choosing to dine in, we have a dining table, chairs and Breakfast bar and the roof solarium and terrace offer perfect facilities for 'Al Fresco' dining and BBQ's. We have 2 outside tables and enough chairs.

Location: Only a few hours from the UK and over 15 Airlines & many routes serving the region, the Costa Blanca and Villamartin are perfect for Golf, Bowls, Diving or relaxing in the Sun. Quietly located, the House is aprox. 20 mins. from Murcia & 40 from Alicante Airport's. It's ideal for family or relaxing holidays. Its just a few minutes walk to the well known Villamartin Plaza with easy access to the local Golf courses Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, La Finca is only 20 minutes and La Manga 40, with many more, makes this a golfers dream. Blue Flag beaches are a 5 minute drive. The weather & local amenities provide everything you need. It is one of finest golf & residential areas on the Costa Blanca. The World Health Organisation lists the area as the Healthiest place to live in Europe. It averages 340 days Sunshine a year ranging from 12 degrees in Winter to 30 degrees in Summer. The ideal place to escape the cold, damp, unpredictable UK weather! Come & see for yourself!

Villamartin & Surrounding Area: Villamartin Plaza is just 10 minutes walk and less than 5 minutes by car. It has all the facilities catering for a very pleasant holiday.The Andalucian style complex has a Bank, a small supermarket, a newsagent, a chemist, shops, bars and many restaurants to choose from which offer a varied selection of International cuisine catering for everyone's taste. Also locally just a few minutes by car and within walking distance, there's another commercial centre at Los Dolses which provides further choice of different restaurants,banks, bars and shops. There's a big supermarket -Super value - for larger food shopping trips . For those hiring cars although not a necessity, there are also bigger chain supermarkets at La Zenia- Consum and at Playa Flamenca -Mercadona. The main coast road the N332 also has many stores, shops and more bars and restaurants to choose from. Torrevieja has many shops and stores and is easily accessible by local buses.

Things To Do: Apart from the Communal Swimming Pool where one can stay, relax and just soak up the marvellous Costa Blanca Sun, and the Championship Golf courses (see below), there are many other things you can choose to do whilst on Holiday. There are the EEC Blue flag beaches just a small ride away for those who like the sea where all the normal water sports are available. The region traditionally has street markets everyday all within easy reach by car/taxi and it is well worth visiting one of them before you leave. There is a Waterpark in Torrevieja-Aquopolis with all the usual attractions and an even bigger one in Benidorm -Aqualandia. North of Alicante there is the Theme Park Terra Mitica. Pola park in Santa Pola between Torrevieja and Alicante also offers lots of things to do with rides,boating lake,tropical garden and other attractions. Golf Information: The area is a Golfers Paradise with Villamartin Golf Club situated just up from the Plaza a walk away. The Par 72 6708 yard course is the oldest & probably best known in the area. It held the Mediterranean Open in 1994. Within 5-10 minutes there are the Par 72 6467 yards Las Ramblas and 6721 yards Campoamor courses. Las Ramblas is a very scenic, spectacular and memorable course featuring high trees, narrow fairways and ravines. Campoamor is the big hitters dream and more forgiving. La Finca is a lovely course its a Par 72 6773 Yards and is only 25 mins away. It has been built to host championships and is deemed to be one of the top courses now in Spain. Lo Romero is the newest course and is again just 25 mins away. Opened in Feb 08 it looks to be a stunning course with a 'Sawgrass' signature hole! The renowned and famous 'La Manga' is also within easy reach & not too far by car as too are plenty of other courses also within easy reach for those wanting a Golfing break.
