Beautiful villa, fully air-conditioned ,overlooks the sea and a beautiful park. It is set in a small new development (Rocio II) with large swimming pool, to include designated area for children. It is close to beautiful beachs, local supermarket, (Marcadona),shops,restaurants, and bares. The villa has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom and two twin-bed rooms) and 2 bathrooms.Upstairs from the balcony, there are spiral stairs to a large solarium with sun beds and lovely park and sea views. The large lounge and dining room are air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher.There is a siting area in the front with park view. The large patio is equipped with sunbeds and barbecue. The villa is well equipped with a Spanish digital TV and a Satellite desh with english,french and italian channels, besides radio/tape player for full entertainment. In a whole it is an ideal family holiday. Early booking is advisable as places are booked quickly specially during the summer.

Outside,there is front patio with table and chairs,overlooking the park and a lovely tiled frond area for barbeque parties and sunbeds for sun bathing. Parking spaces are available in front of the villa.The beach of La Mata has been recently renovated with soft sand and clear warm water. It has full entertainments and good restaurants. There are laso scattered small beaches in a walking distnace from the villa. On the other side the villa, within few minutes drive, there is Torreviaja town with all the entertainment, restaurantes etc . In all ,the villa is an ideal luxury place for holidays for all ages in this renewed part of the sunny Spain.

Situated in La Mata about 500 meters from La Mata beach,in the north of Torreviaja and overlooks the sea and a beautiful park. The villa is in a walking distance for Mercadona supermarket with a guarantee of having fresh milk and bread every morning. The town of Torrevieja is very close. It is very Spanish town with restaurants.shops,markets etc. The new shopping centre (Habaneras)has opened recently,is 5 minutes- drive from the villa, near Carrefour supermarket with excellent high street stores, and bares.There are also many beautiful beaches within easy access, stretching from Torreviaja to Manga strip. Most beaches have a beach bar and children's play area. The villa is also within 15 minutes -drive to the luxury golf courses.By car from Alicante airport, take the coast route (N 332) for Gartagena, drive to HoteL Masa, in La Mata ,then go little further just before the petrol station, turn right to Calle King till the end you find Rocio 2. Torrevieja / La Mata: Torreviaja is about 40 Km from Alicante airport. The villa is about 35 Km from the airport. It benefits from 320 days a year sunshine. La Mata is a prosperous small town near Torreviaja The beach is renovated recently. The beach is famous for its clear water and soft sand. It is also famous for jet skiing and other water sports. It is the ideal holiday for family and professional groups. The villa is a few minutes walk to the nearby supermarket. You can enjoy cheap shopping in Spain. There is a bakery in it with guarantee of having fresh bread every morning. You may not need a car. There is frequent bus service to Torreviaga and to and from the main bus station. And from there to many places in Spain. However I recommend renting a car. You can have a good deal through the internet. The petrol prices in Spain is cheap also. The villa is in easy access from Alicante airport .So you will never miss your way even when you come at night. The route is straight forward from Airport.
