It is on an attractive & secure, gated complex with a stunning 3 tiered pool in large grounds with sunshades, & showers, known as the best in the area. It is a short walk to the long, golden, blue flag beach of La Mata or to a pretty sandy cove.There are shops, bars, restaurants & internet in the immediate area. It is a short bus ride to the centre of Torrevieja from right outside the complex or a 5 min. drive. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a double sofa bed in the lounge & a very well equipped kitchen. There is a front terrace & a beautiful, furnished roof terrace with a built in BBQ, lights & sea view, ideal for evening drinks & meals. Both terraces are south facing & have sun awnings if you need a break from the sun. No need for a car as everything is conveniently close by. It is just 40 mins drive to Alicante airport and closer to Murcia.

The spacious lounge has a double sofa bed with additional seating &coffee table. At the front there is a terrace with table & chairs & sun awning. There is a unit with a TV, DVD player, portable CD player, radio, books & games etc.. Dining table with 6 chairs. There are two twin bedded rooms leading off from the lounge. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin & bidet. There is a first aid kit and hairdryer & straighteners are included on both floors. The very well equipped kitchen includes all the usual appliances as well as juicer, iron, picnic set for beach etc..There are beach toys & equipment & beach towels if required.
