Penthouse Apartment with Large Roof Terrace & La Mata Beach 3 mins Walk
The top terrace apartment is situated close to the famous and very popular La Mata beach, with a brilliant view to the Mediterranean. We have a wonderful sunrise and the sunset. We have two terraces, one outside the dining room for 6 persons and a very big one one the top (80 square meters). On the top terrace we have a big bar which can be used to prepare food and drinks, a barbeque, open fireplace and warm and cold water machine. Up there we also have a refrigerator and kitchen equipment for 9 persons. A table for 8 persons with a big parasol as well as sunbeds and sun chairs. On the terrace we also have a big Billiard table for playing.
You can use our car and our garage free. We have an IP telephone which can be used free by our clients in 10 hours. It is 2 big swimming pools belonging to the community. BEACH: 3 minutes to walk to the beach and a beach promenade with small nice restaurants and pubs. BUS: 2 min to walk to the bus. INTERNET yes. English & Spanish TV channels.

Beach and swimming pools: The house is situated close to the famous and beautiful La Mata beach with white sand and very fine for children as well as adults. 3 Big swimming pools, a big play garden for the children with different playthings. BUS, Supermarkets, Pharmacy and doctor: 1 minute from our house is a BUS station. 2 minutes to walk to a pharmacy and a little super market. 3 minutes to walk to a doctor centre. GOLF: if you want to play golf is about 25 minutes to 7 golf courses. National Nature Park: It is close to La Mata national nature Park, which is recommended to take a walk to or by bicycles. Market places: A lot of market places. One is in the end of La Mata beach, and we use about 20 minutes to walk to the market street. There are a lot of small restaurants around. It is a marked in every town near.
Golf: 7 Golf courses within 25 minutes by car.
La Mata Beach: A very popular and famous sand beach for families and for singles. Very long beach promenade.
