The Villa is a perfect home-from-home, it is located in a gated community, Laderas del Sol, and only a short walk from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The property has ample space for outdoor living, dining or sunbathing, the balcony and patio overlook the swimming pool. For those who prefer not to drive, a bus service is available to take you to the beautiful blue flag beach of La Zenia, jet skis, boats, peddle boats and motor floats are available at this beach. A number of top class golf courses are within a 10 minute drive eg Las Colinas, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Villa Martin and Rhoda Golf. Golf bookings can be made on your behalf, at discounted prices, if required. The bustling town of Torrevieja is only a 5 minute drive, it is an all year round resort which boasts many bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours which are lined along the promenade. The popular Habaneras shopping centre hosts an array of designer stores for those who like a bit of retail therapy.

Many blue flag beaches are a short drive from the Villa eg Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, La Mata, Guardamar and La Marina. Other attractions are Terra Mitica Theme Park near Benidorm and Aquapolis Water Park near Torrevieja, both are very popular with the children. The beautiful mountain town of Guadalest is well worth a visit, it is located near Benidorm and the views are stunning. Alicante is popular with visitors, it is only a 35 minute drive from the Villa, you could enjoy a stroll along the Marina and Promenade or do some shopping in the many stores. For those who prefer a relaxing day out, a trip to Fortuna Spa near Murcia is a must. Or you could just walk a few steps and relax by the beautiful pool at Laderas del Sol.
