The house has a very comfortable living/dining area, leading into American style kitchen fully equipped and separate utility area with laundry facilities. A double bedroom on the ground floor with fully fitted double wardrobes. Ground floor shower room. On the first floor are 2 further twin bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes to each. Fully tiled Bathroom/Shower room. A large balcony is on this floor with outdoor table and chairs for lounging. There is a spiral staircase leading to a spacious roof top solarium. The house is set with a good size patio area which is walled and has a BBQ area with 2 sets of outside garden furniture for outdoor dining. There is room for off-street parking. The property is fully air conditioned throughout. The communal pool is less than 1 minute walk. There are many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

There are various facilities within walking distance including swimming pool, tennis and childrens play area and commercial centres at Via Park 3 and 5. A fantastic family restaurant/bar with a fabulous outside beer garden, family entertainment area and childrens play area within easy walking distance at La Florida. A car is recommended to enjoy the facilities in the area, most within 10 minutes drive, including splendid sandy beaches at Punta Prima in addition to a fantastic Marina at Cabo Roig. La Zenia is popular with families that enjoy a range of beach entertainment and watersports. There are many restaurants/cafes within the beach area. There are also 3 excellent golf courses at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor and the vibrant town of Torrevieja which has a promenade that stretches from the Marina along the sandy beaches in conjunction with a lively nightlife with many bars and restaurants.

There is a 50 euro fee payable on arrival to the local key holder to cover cleaning and laundry costs. Airport pick ups can be arranged if needed, payable to the transfer provider on arrival.
