In addition to a balcony the property has a large, private roof solarium that is perfect for sunbathing or having a BBQ in the evening. 2 air conditioning units have also been installed. It also offers stunning mountain views that allows you to see across to Orihuela, San Miguel and Villamartin. You also have access to 2 communal swimming pools which are approx 50 yards away and though not of Olympic proportions, it is great for a refreshing dip and great for kids. Overall, being a mix of residential and holidaymakers, this area suits people who like a more relaxing break.

	The main bedroom is a double with the 2nd having twin beds. Both rooms have air-conditionning units (provide cold and hot air) installed and have plenty of wardrobe space in-built. The lounge has a sofabed that should only really be used by 1 adult or 2 younger children.

	The main bathroom includes bath / shower plus sink, WC and bidet. The 2nd bathroom has WC, sink and shower cubicle. Having two bathrooms is particularly beneficial once your group size goes beyond 2 and is almost essential if you have 5 or 6 in your party.

	The kichen has been equipped to ensure most of the utensils or equipment you are likely to require is there as standard.

Living Room	The lounge has two sofas, one of which is a sofabed and can comfortably seat 5 or 6 people. A TV, DVD/Video player is provided and guests will have access to 20 UK TV channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, etc. A collection of DVD's and videos to suit all age groups are provided for you to use or if you prefer you can bring your own from home. The living area also has its own Air-Con unit (hot and cold) and leads to the kitchen, the hallway off which the bedrooms and bathrooms are off and the sun terrace.

Dining Room	The dining area is part of the living area and has seating for 4 though other seats can be brought in from outside if required. The dining table can be opened out to suit your requirements, its standard setting is for 4 but can easily accommodate 5 or 6 if required.

Location: A short drive from Murcia (25 mins drive) & Alicante (40 mins) airports, this apartment is just south of the proud, historic & evolving Torrevieja (5-10 mins). Whether you want golf (several championship courses within short drive), beaches (nearest 3km away, several within 5-10km) & watersports, sport (La Manga approx 1 hour), bars & restaurants (wide choice available on foot and within short drive), shops and supermarkets (plenty nearby), this apartment fits the bill! If you wish to explore a little as well as classical Spanish towns such as San Miguel and Orihuela close by, bustling Murcia, historic Cartegena & stylish Alicante are all a short drive. The bustling resort of Benidorm with attractions including Terra Mitica Theme Park & Mundomar Marine Park is also just under an hour away and a must for parties including children. This apartment with excellent facilities and prime location is perfect for a wide range of group sizes and/or ages makes for a first-class choice.

Getting About: We would recommend that you have your own car whilst renting this apartment and have managed to secure excellent rental rates for guests. Whether you are flying into Alicante or Murcia, your car will be waiting for you when you land for the short journey to the apartment. Then simply reverse the process for the flight home. Fuel in Spain is considerably cheaper than in the UK so take advantage and explore as much of the Costa Blanca as you can. Getting about is remarkably straightforward to an easy-to-follow road network although in order to assist with this, in the apartment you will find extensive directions to some of the major attractions as well as essential amenities.

Booking Notes: Before & after each let, any comments with regard to items not working or having been damaged are recorded. We may retain a proportion of your deposit if the apartment is left in an unsuitable condition - we ask that the apartment is left tidy in order that it only requires a standard clean but if our agents inform us that it was necessary to spend longer than normal we will retain this charge from your deposit - or that it is apparent that damage or breakages have occurred during the renters occupancy. Please note that even if the apartment is left tidy but it is apparent that smoking within the apartment has occurred, the full deposit will be retained. The Owner will advise of terms and conditions should you have to cancel your booking before the booking is confirmed.

We recognise that flights to / from the UK, particularly on budget airlines, may mean flight times are not ideal for 'standard' check-in/out arrangements and we try and be as flexible as we can to accommodate this. Generally speaking, we would ask that you vacate the apartment by no later than 11am on the day of your departure, whilst on the day or of your arrival you may not be able to access the apartment until 4pm onwards. However, if we can be more flexible, rest assured that we will and better still, there will be no extra charge. You should expect the above arrangements to be adhered to in the event of back-to-back rentals, which we will advise when you book. If there are any changes after you have booked and before your departure date, we’ll let you know before you leave or during your stay.

Balance	The remainder of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.
These prices are the base price for the rental and will apply for parties 1-2 in size. During the LOW and MID seasons, parties of 3-4 will pay a £15 supplement or £30 if 5 or 6 in party. For the MID-HIGH and HIGH seasons, parties of 3-4 will pay a £20 supplement or £40 if 5 or 6 in party. For example, a party of 1or 2 in Feb would pay £120, a party of 3 or 4 would pay £135 and 5 or 6 would pay £150. Similarly, in July 1or 2 would pay £220, 3 or 4 would pay £240 and 5 or 6 would pay £260. In addition to the rental rate, an additional 20% deposit or a min of £75, whichever is greater (max £400) to cover breakages / damages that occur. All being well, this will be returned within 10 days of the rental being completed. The charge for cleaning is paid locally on arrival & is dependent upon group size - minimum 45 euros (based on 2) whilst the max is 65 euros (6). Arrivals after 10.30pm and before 8am will incur a meeting charge of 30 euros.
