Additional Information Golf There are numerous excellent Golf courses within easy reach the nearest ones being Villa Martin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas. Assistance in booking can be made available by our local assistants. Beaches There are typically 8 family beaches within 5- 10 mins drive of the property some very quiet, others more busy with options for body boarding, pedallo hire, banana boat rides etc. further afield is the Mar menor, 30 mins drive away which is a superb lagoon appox 10km x 5 km, extremely calm and shallow, water is usually 4°C warmer than the med, fantastic for the kids! Airports All airport transfers can be arranged at competitive rates. Shopping There are many local supermarkets in the area, all easily accessible. there is a large market within 1 km which is held every Saturday. Evening Entertainment. There are a number of bars and restaurants within 100 m walk of the house. Approx 1km away is an extensive commercial center which has 30+ bars restaurants and late night venues. Additional Services Information There is a fee of 50 euro per visit payable to local key holder to cover cleaning and laundry expenses. Transfers to and from the Airport can be arranged in advance, payable on arrival. Welcome pack of food and drink can be arranged in advance, payable on arrival.
