Our house, named Empuries, is located in one of the quietest neighbourhoods of Sóller and stands at the foot of the breathtaking trekking paths of the Tramuntana’s mountain range, known as the most interesting on the Island. Our neighbourhood breathes a family feeling, where the children play while the elderly chitchat by the old fountain. Empuries’ house is over 300 years old and has been completely renovated. Our first aim in the restoration was to preserve all the traditional elements of the building like the stone olive oil tank from the 17th Century, the ox eye window, etc… Our all seasons holiday rental villa has two apartments: Empuries de Arriba and Empuries de Abajo, both of them with a capacity for four people.

Empuries de Abajo apartment is a duplex. On the ground floor there is an open space with a dining and living room which leads to a gorgeous Mallorquín patio surrounded by native plants like an orange tree. There is also a toilet and the kitchen. On the first floor you’ll find 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a big terrace with marvellous views. The master bedroom has a direct access to the terrace. Empuries de Arriba aprtment is a duplex. The kitchen, dinning and living room are an open space (35qm). It also has two bedrooms each with bathroom attached. And last but not least, a big terrace with marvellous view to Tramuntana’s range. Both apartment are air-conditioning/heating and fireplace.
