The communal pool and separate children's pool are 20 yards from the apartment, making it ideal for families to cool down on a warm summers day. There are many golf courses in the area, with two (La Serena and Roda) within 5 minutes drive. The location of the apartment makes it ideal for couples, families and golfers alike. Hiring a car is not essential as all facilities are close by with a regular bus service to Cartegena, Alicante, & Murcia. The house is in a quiet road of Villas and Townhouses with parking for one car under the pergola covered drive in the front garden. Please note that this is a house NOT AN APARTMENT, WHICH ARE IN BLOCKS, WITH LIFTS, UNDERGROUND PARKING AND SMALLER TERRACES/BALCONIES. Las Higueras is a charming, pretty and rustic community with private individual villas all with their own patio and splash pool. The tennis club is only a 15 minute stroll and the nearest shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes walk. The large roof solarium offers fabulous views to the Mar Menor and North Course.
