My apartment is my second home and was not intended initially to be used for holiday lets, so is fully equipped to a very high standard and offers luxury air conditioned/centrally heated accommodation which sleeps four comfortably. It is on the 2nd floor next to the lift. From the large private, west facing terrace, there are views of the mountains and it also overlooks the communal pool. The balcony has the sun from mid-day until sun-set, so is ideally situated for dinner on the terrace in the setting sun.

Between fishing town of Garroucha and the village of Villaricos., on the Casa Marques Urbanisation. Short walk to bars and restaurants. 2 minute car ride to water park and large supermarket. Close to the beautiful village of Mojacar and the national park. A car is essential. Choice of 3 airports. Almeria is about 50 minute drive. Murcia/San Javier 1h 15mns and Alicante 2 .1/2 hours. all times are approx depending on traffic etc. There is secure parking for up to 4 cars on the drive at the front of the villa. The villa is fully equipped and very comfortable for a relaxing holiday.

Right on the seafront of Torrox Costa, this is a bright and airy 6th floor apartment with fantastic views. The south facing balcony receives sun all day (except in midsummer when there is welcome shade around midday when the sun is at it's highest). The sun streams into the apartment in the winter plus we have UPVC double glazing and heating. To the East the main beach and start of the promenade can be seen. Straight ahead is the 'Balcon' (you have a birds eye view of the concerts held here in summer) and lighthouse, whilst the Easterly view looks out over the river bed towards the natural beach and mountains. The apartment is in a quiet location (note: the road in the pictures is a quiet cul-de-sac, whilst it is wide, it leads only to the sea and is used mainly for parking). The sunrise can be viewed from the apartment all year round as can the sunset in winter. The balcony is well divided from neighbouring balconies by a large gap and divider.
