this villa located on the mountains above Pego offers the magnificent views and located a short distance from all amenities. this area has a micro-climate and the sunshine is 'almost' guaranteed. please see what other people think in the reviews pasted in our visitors book
The apartment is on the first floor (lift is available) with a good sized terrace with views over orange groves towards Denia castle and Montgó natural park. It is a 5 minute walk from the sandy beach of Las Marinas and the shops and bars of that area. The centre of Denia is 2km away, a half hour walk along the beach (or road) or a short journey by car.
Casa las Palmeras is located approximately one mile from the small and traditional Spanish resort town of Moraira, a favoured holiday spot for families and the retired. The apartment is part of a select development set in mature gardens with two barbecues and two swimming pools (one with a shallow end for small children) which are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. Well located in a secluded and scenic area, the property commands superb views overlooking Moraira and the surrounding hills. A car is recommended although there are local shops, a restaurant and bars within walking distance. Moraira is an atmospheric former fishing village with an impressive marina, a medieval fortress, a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and shops, and a colourful weekly market. The resort boasts two main sandy beaches with Blue Flag status, both of which are particularly suitable for children.
The apartment overlooks the Playa de la Fossa beach - almost a mile of golden sand with excellent facilities including several children's play areas, tennis courts and even a bowling green. It has been awarded a Blue Flag. The promenade (Paseo Infanta Cristina) runs beside the beach as far as the Peñon de Ifach, with many shops, internet cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars along its length . The Peñon is the huge rock, designated as a Natural Park and the symbol of the Costa Blanca. It is 332m high and extends for a kilometre out to sea. You can climb to the top if you wish but there is an information centre, lower down and accessible by car, offering spectacular views of the Costa Blanca coastline

The villa sits on an 800m² south-facing plot with distant sea views and it's own 8m x 4m private pool. (Please note: Since the Europe-wide infestation of palm trees ... the 2 palms either end of the swimming pool are no longer there, sadly they had to be cut down by law). The nearby town of Benemar/Benijofar (only 10 minutes drive) also has a large array of bars and restaurants. The blue flag beaches of Guardamar, La Marina, La Mata, La Zenia and Cabo Roig are a short drive away. There are a number of top class golf courses in the Costa Blanca area. The popular La Finca Championship golf course is a 5 minute drive and Las Colinas, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin are within a 15 minute drive. Other courses can be found 30 minutes drive away they are Rhoda Golf, Bonalba, El Plantio and Alicante.
