Don Joaquin is situated half way down a one way street , the Avda Mar y Sol, at the 'Marina' end of Benalmadena Costa , yet only 5 minutes walk from most of the shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the Marina. My apartment is my second home and was not intended initially to be used for holiday lets, so is fully equipped to a very high standard and offers luxury air conditioned/centrally heated accommodation which sleeps four comfortably. It is on the 2nd floor next to the lift. From the large private, west facing terrace, there are views of the mountains and it also overlooks the communal pool. The balcony has the sun from mid-day until sun-set, so is ideally situated for dinner on the terrace in the setting sun.
Casa Isabella is a pretty townhouse situated in a small, quiet Callejon (small road/Alleyway) in the old part of town. There are numerous shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars - ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE - and a lively nightlife if required. There is a weekly Thursday market - and wonderful festivals and fiestas are celebrated regularly throughout the year, both in Alhaurin and elsewhere in Andalucia.
The town is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with over 20 golf courses within 10-45 minutes drive, and the wonderful beaches of the Costa del Sol are only 15-20 minutes away.

We will now supply you with a loan if 1 beach towel each to save you on your luggage allowance !!
Transfer from Malaga Airport takes just 15 minutes to this apartment, other properties can take an hour which results in a very heavy taxi fare!!!!!
