Delightful three bedroom air-conditioned penthouse overlooking a valley with amazing sea and mountain views. Perfect for summer holidays and also winter lets. The apartment has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a cloakroom. There is an open-plan living /dining room and kitchen leading to a spacious sunny terrace. A spiral staircase leads to the master en suite bedroom and smaller balcony. It is a 15 min walk to a lovely beach and restaurant (the walk back uphill takes about 20min but not recommended for people with walking difficulties). Another 5 minutes along Fuengirola's lovely long promenade to bars, restaurants, shops, internet cafe etc. The bus and train services are nearby and give a very good service. Fuengirola town reached by foot (about an hour), by the beach train or a few minutes by car. Benalmadena, another busy resort with it's numerous attractions is a 5 minute drive away.

The apartment is located in a secure, private complex and overlooks the coast and landscaped gardens around the swimming pool. WiFi & satellite TV. It is larger than average and has beautiful views from the balcony and has the advantage of being located at the end of the development with only one neighbour and a shaded dining area. The apartment is suitable for all age groups and benefits from being on the Ground floor making it very accessible to guests with limited mobility. Nearby there are numerous beautiful beaches within walking and driving distance and also many Golf courses. There is a lift as well as stairs to the communal swimming pool. The communal areas are well maintained on a daily basis, and the complex is accessed via security gates. We have an allocated parking area directly beneath our apartment in a secure underground Car Park. The swimming pool is cleaned on a daily basis. Sunbeds are also available in this location. There is also a floodlit Padel tennis court that is fully enclosed, and also a BBQ terrace for communal use. We have rackets and balls available for the Padel tennis. There are many restaurants and bars in the marina and in the nearby town of San Luis de Sabinillas too where 'promenading' along the seafront in the evening is very popular! Sabinillas has many shops and there are several supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
