3-bedroom, detached villa with its own private pool in La Zenia, only 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja. The villa has Satellite TV, a CD/stereo system, video (with video library), private pool, BBQ, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooker/hob, fridge-freezer and a fully fitted kitchen. There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs all of which have air-con as does the living area. The villa has 3 bathrooms (all have showers, 2 with baths), a large living/dining room with space for 6 around the large dining room table as well as a sun terrace upstairs. There is space around the pool for a table and chairs (provided) and the pool has a self-contained spa at one end.
La ZeniaLa Zenia is sandwiched between Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca on the southern edge of the Costa Blanca. Because of La Zenia's close proximity to other resorts, you have a selection of attractive beaches in the area as well as many amenities for holidaymakers. La Zenia accommodation choices are spacious and ideal for families who want to relax in peaceful surroundings while not being too far away from local attractions and facilities. Things to do and places to visit in La ZeniaYou will find there is plenty to do within easy reach of La Zenia rentals. Hiring a car is probably the best option while staying in this part of the Costa Blanca as within just ten minutes or so by car you can be at other villages in the area including the popular resort of Cabo Roig. Here you'll find many shops, restaurants and bars geared to catering for tourists. International cuisine as well as typical British food can be found on the main strip, and of cause you can enjoy Mediterranean meals typical of the area such as paella, zarzuela and fresh seafood. Golfers will not be bored in la Zenia, as the Real Club de Campoamor, the Club de Golf de Villamartin, and the Club de Golf Las Ramblas are all situated within 10 miles of the resort. How to get to La Zenia from the AirportAlicante airport is around 35 miles from La Zenia and the journey by bus or car takes about 50 minutes.
