The villa is set on a hillside but very close to motorway access. The main living area is upstairs and consists of a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a smaller twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, family bathroom, separate shower room, large lounge/diner with sea view, small kitchen and acess to the terraced garden.

Mallorca is an island packed with a variety of interests. There is the old town of Palma for the history lovers or for the shopaholics some great shops. Golfers, walkers, cyclists, sun bathers or sightseers can enjoy the island all year round. Visit in the spring for the most spectacular display of almond blossom with over 6 million almond trees in bloom. Just about every month one of the towns of Mallorca has a fiesta complete with stunning firework displays. Find secluded bays or traditional villages or venture into Palma with its hectic nightlife. Whatever you choose to do you are sure to have a wonderful holiday and who knows, you may even decide to stay - we did.

Santa Ponsa / Costa de la Calma Area: Costa de la Calma is a quiet residential area of Santa Ponsa but within easy reach of the main town with its various bars, restaurants and two nightclubs. There are a number of golf courses and tennis courts nearby and, of course, its fabulous beaches complete with watersports. The Spanish Square of Santa Ponsa is within walking distance and offers live outdoor music during the season plus the usual bars, restaurants and shops. It is a little more family orientated than its close neighbour Magalluf with its buzzing night-life or the slightly more genteel Palma Nova both of which are a short drive away. You could of course make the 10 minute car journey to Puerta Portals and sit watching the world go by while dreaming of owning one of the fantastic yachts moored there and perhaps catch a glimpse of one of the many celebrities who own holiday homes on the island.

How to get there: There are a number of direct flights from most UK airports to Palma de Mallorca. Santa Ponsa is on the souih west of the island approximately 20 minutes from the airport. Car hire is readily available at the airport or a taxi will cost about 40 euros.

The Villa: Stairs lead down to two further twin bedrooms each with its own shower room and external access. The larger of the rooms has a small seating area with satellite TV and a balcony. The pool is located on the third level and has a beautiful sea view. There is a green zone directly behind the villa which is ideal for walkers. The downstairs rooms have their own access both internally and externally making it ideal for more than one family. There is a sofa bed in one of the rooms as well as twin beds. Cots and high chairs can be arranged if required. If the party consists of more than 8 people please contact me as it may be possible to accommodate you. One additional child of under 2 years old will be accommodated free of charge.
