The Villa is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There are adult and children's bikes free for guests to explore the local area. The Villa is not on a busy complex, but in a quiet avenue with both resident and holiday family neighbours.

The Villa is in a beautiful location and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. The beaches are within walking distance and the property overlooks the swimming pool with views of a Flamingo nature reserve. The spacious villa extends to three floors and is beautifully finished with luxury tiles, pine sculptured doors & banisters, marble staircase, ceiling fans, large built in wardrobes and a lovely white fitted kitchen.

Popular seaside resort with fabulous beaches & great shopping & recreational facilities. Where is San Pedro del Pinatar ? Located in the South East of Spain (Murcia region) on the Costa Calida. San Pedro del Pinatar/ Lo Pagan Area: There are many restaurants, bars, night-time entertainment and the region is famous for its fresh cuisine (fish fruit and vegetables) In the summer Lo Pagan has a fun fair in the main square and sea front buzzes with excitement. Local places to visit include Water parks, Shopping Mals, Safari Zoos, Go-Karts, Churches, Golf, Spa centres, Health Clubs, Street Markets, Nature Reserve and miles of beautiful safe white sand beaches.

How to get there: The Villa is only 15 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes drive from Alicante. Both airports have daily flights from the UK and car hire (if required) is easily arranged.
