This property was completed in January 2007 and has 2 bedrooms each having 2 single beds, the sofa also becomes a double bed so the house will sleep 6.
There are plenty of places in which to relax with-in the area of the house, there is a roof solarium, balcony off main bedroom, a little patio by back door and a tiled garden area with patio out the front.
The house is with in 20 minutes walk to San Pedro town or about 30 minutes walk to the beaches at Lo Pagan. You have the choice also of either the Mediterranean coast or the salt water lakes in this location. Ideal for bird watchers and golfers.
Walkers will enjoy the area as there are a variety of coastal and natural park reserve walks which are just minutes away.
San Pedro del Pinatar is a typical spanish town with its Tapas Bars and restaurants.
Lo Pagan is one beach with-in walking distance and this has a long promenade with cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the Mar Menor (which is the largest natural lagoon in Europe with a maximum depth of 7 meters). The Mar Menor which means Minor Sea has become a big attraction on the Mediterranean with its warm waters all year and the Theraputic mud’s which are said to heal skin complaints and help suffers of rheumatism.
There are plenty of places to walk and cycle as the area is very flat. The salt lakes offer a nature reserve with a wide variety of wild life including migratory Flamingos on their journey to Africa.
Market day in San Pedro is Mondays with a large amount of stalls selling goods from fruit and vegetables to clothes and household items. Lo Pagan's market day is a Thursday. There is a market every day of the week in a least one of the towns in the area.
In San Pedro the bus station has regular bus services to nearby cities: Cartagena, Murcia,Toravieja, alicante.

San Pedro del Pinatar (meaning St Peter of the Pine Woods) is situated in an ideal spot on the Mediterranean Coast and just a few minutes from the Northern Shores of the Mar Menor.

Although there has been increased interest in the town in recent years, it has retained much of its culture & atmosphere.
Being an established community means San Pedro boasts a good selection of shops and recreational amenities.San Pedro has a weekly street market on Mondays and also a good shopping centre.
There are many fiestas (festivals) throughout San Pedro’s calendar some of which are a real spectacle and well worth a look.
There are already 15 championship courses located between Alicante and La Manga and with 10 more courses due to be developed or already being constructed. The area not only has an enviable year-round climate, encouraging winter golfing, it also has excellent access with daily flights to and from all major European cities.The nearest airport to San Pedro del Pinatar is San Javier International Airport (MJV), located near the town of San Javier. It should take no more than 15 minutes to get to the house from there. Alicante Airport (ALC) is about 50 minutes away.
The Costa Calida means "warm coast" and the average temperatures are usually a few degrees higher than main land Spain during the year.

There is over 170km of coastline in this area and this means that there are plenty of beaches and coves to visit. The coastline also plays host to many restaurants, bars and shops.
There is also the historic town of Murcia to visit with it's lovely cathedral.

Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning / heating units, also there are 2 single beds in each one.
The front bedroom has a small balcony but you must be aware that the door cannot be opened from the outside.
Any nursery items can be ordered at time of booking and paid on arrival at house to key-holder

The price includes bed linen, towels (not beach towels), electricity and water. It does not include cleaning/laundry charges which is £50 and payable with final payment.
Air-conditioning is both hot and cold. Winter Blankets are provided for the colder months
We like to know your flight times/numbers on booking so that I can arrange with my keyholder to be at the house on your arrival. I will give you her mobile number when I send the welcome pack and would be grateful if you could advise her of any delays on the flight.. Airport collection from Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante can be arranged (payable locally.)
We can arrange for a welcome pack to be purchased ie. milk, bread, water etc. Payable locally to the key holder in Euros on arrival, who will give you a receipt for the purchases made.
