Situated in the much sought after Costa Serena resort, 50 meters from the beach, the accommodation is a three bedroom, triplex house with a communal pool immediately next to the property and is 2 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy bay at San Juan de Los Terreros. The house comprises lounge, kitchen, downstairs WC, 2 twin bedrooms (travel cot provided) and bathroom on first floor, and 1 double bedroom on top floor. Air conditioning throughout.
There are balconies off all bedrooms, and sun terrace with panoramic sea views on top floor. The luxury accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer. The living area is spacious, seats 6 with patio doors leading onto Mediterranean style garden. There are tennis courts on site, and it is located within easy travelling distance of the areas Golf courses. Property is close to the shops & bars.

San Juan is a beautiful new resort which has maintained the typically Spanish features and feel.
The main beach has restaurants / Chiringuitos aligning it (approx 5no), the beach is clean and shelves gently into the sea, making it safe and ideal for families.
The town centre has a palm tree lined paseo linking the beach to the main square, which has a small childrens park and recreational facilities.
There are some delightful coves and beaches around San Juan, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
The town is looked upon from an 18th Century castle which is accessable via a steep road but gives fantastic views to the surrounding areas.
The town has a variety of bars and restaurants but is not overly commercial.
Located on the beach but framed by spectacular mountains.
Perfectly located for everyone with new golf courses within 5km and the prestigous Desert Springs and Valle Del Este courses as well as many others locally.
San Juan is known as the gateway to Andalucia, as it borders Murcia.

The house is opposite the 1km long main beach, which features changing rooms and a number of beach bar/restaurants. It is only 20mins away from the waterpark, at Vera. There are a number of Golf Courses in the area, Desert Springs is 20 mins away, and Valle Este, Marina Golf and Cotijo Grande Golf Courses are all within easy traveling distance. A brand new Golf Course (details in the house) at Jaravia, 5 minutes away from the house and shortly the one in San Juan will be completed and there is another 30 minutes away towards Lorca currently under construction. The bustling resort of of Aguilas is 10 min drive, there you will find major shops, restaurants, nightclubs. The area between San Juan & Aguilas has 52 wonderful sandy beaches and coves, with something for everyone. Mojacar is a 30 min drive and is a mainly English resort where you will find many international restaurants and English bars.
Further Information: Recently built property located in a complex, which has communal pool on site NB THE POOL IS ONLY OPEN DURING SUMMER MONTHS (it is generally open from around the beginning of June until 1st week in October, but this varies) This is reflected in the rental rates. - bars and restaurants very close by. - All access to the complex is secured by key operated gates, to ensure exclusivity - property has all modern features including TV, full air conditioning, PlayStation, and DVD players. - kitchen features washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and adequate utensils to facilitate cooking for self catering guests - town centre is only a 10 minute stroll along the promenade or 2 minute drive. - San Juan is typically Spanish resort, dictionary & phrasebook are provided (please remember to leave behind upon leaving) - Whilst smokers are welcome, we would prefer no smoking inside

Rental Rates are subject to change. Early booking is recommended. Payment can be made by cheque drawn in sterling (from a sterling Bank account) or Euros (from a Euro Bank account), all other currencies must be paid by Bank Transfer. SPECIAL OFFER Repeat bookings will attract a 10% discount off published rental rates if booking is within 18 months of previous visit. SPECIAL OFFER Bookings of 2 weeks or longer will attract a £40 reduction. Short break rates are available upon request. We do not charge extra for short breaks covering a weekend.
Payment is to be by cheque or Bank Transfer. Full payment is to be received 4 weeks prior to arrival date, or immediately if booking within 4 weeks of arrival date. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:-
1) 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - no fee.
2) 4 - 8weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate.
3) Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100%
N.B If we are able to re-let the cancelled week a full refund will be given less an administration charge of £20. The above fees will only apply if we are unable to re-let. Last minute bookings within 1 week of travel date will only be accepted if payment is made by Bank Transfer. We cannot accept booking within 7 working days of travel date.* A repayable breakage deposit of £50 must accompany all bookings. This is fully refundable if no damage occurs, and will be repaid within 3 weeks after the end of your holiday. The inventory is checked by our caretaker and any breakages will be deducted from the £50 deposit if broken items have not been replaced. Any balance will be refunded. If the cost of any breakages exceeds £50 you will be required to pay the difference. |
