Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, the double room with a small terrace. There is one shower room with a large shower tray the second bedroom having the advantage of en-suite facility of toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen is fully fitted: microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine together with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge/diner commands spectacular views of the beautiful coastline. Spanish, Sky and Belgian television are provided together with a DVD player, radio/CD with MP3 connection. On the main terrace there are 2 sunbeds, a patio table with 4 chairs supplied , helping you to fully enjoy your al freso dining. Bed linen and bathroom/kitchen towels are included. You will find a new modern shopping centre in nearby Aguilas or visit the old Moorish town of Mojacar where you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants and old spanish charm. In Vera, 15 km from San Juan you find a water park and in Garrucha, 20 km further there is a go cart track.
