This luxury detached traditional Spanish style villa has been beautifully appointed and has very spacious accommodation for 8 people with a balcony from the master bedroom with a view of the lake and Mediterranean. There is also an upstairs roof solarium. It has its own large private pool and sauna that is set in 1000 square meters of landscaped gardens with a large traditional Spanish tiled summer kitchen (barbeque) with covered outside eating entertainment area. It is 10 minutes away from the blue flag beaches of Guardamar and within easy driving distance of 5 major golf courses the nearest being 5 minutes away. The town of Quesada is within a 15 minute walk and has all the facilities of a traditional Spanish town including banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and an Aqua Park. The abundance of facilities, sights, local markets, and fiestas makes this a truly year- round location for a great holiday.

There are 7 sunloungers, a 6 seater patio table with 6 chairs that is in the purpose built outside entertainment area with a fridge which is next to a large traditional Spanish tiled summer kitchen (barbecue) for those beautiful evenings of alfresco living. The large 10x5m pool is illuminated for that night-time swim, and there is even an outside shower and toilet for your convenience when using the pool. The washing machine is housed in a separate utility room with sink and drying facilities that is accessed from the outside. Inside all the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling mounted fans the lounge has a ceiling mounted fan only. For winter use there is full central heating with a log burning fireplace in the lounge and a separately housed sauna in the garden. There is a water purifier so no need to buy bottled water. Smoking is allowed outside only.

August - 2009 - REVIEW - Leeds, UK We have just returned fron a 2 week stay in this villa. The photographs don't do it justice. There was ample room for 9 of us and the pool was a great size, with lots of outdoor space. The villa was clean and having air con and fans in every room was a bonus. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets within walking distance ( our favourite was Lime Bar) which served decent food. The beach is about 13 euros in a taxi, and is a nice beach and clean sea. This villa is well worth a visit.

A booking is considered firm when we have received a (non-refundable) deposit of £100 per week.
